Amazing hotel This is an amazing hotel. It is clean, comfortable and the location is great. The best part about it is the service. They go way above and beyond. We received a welcome letter when we arrived signed by several employees. When we asked directions, they actually walked us to the restaurant! Never had service this good before. We will absolutely go back!

This gorgeous boutique historic hotel is the best located 5 star hotel in the historic district within steps of the grand opera house and restaurants lining every inch of the plaza in which it is situated. The staff, however, bears express reference as they were the best ever…accommodating to the hilt as they went out of their way to make our stay completely flawless from beginning to end. Just a beautiful way to enjoy this incredible city of Guanajuato!

Best hotel in Guanajuato It was a wonderful stay! The hotel provided vip tickets for drinks at a near location. The staff was friendly and amazing!

Shower Vanity Toilet area Shower section too big, next to very small vanity space, next to descent toilet with single step between vanity area. If step from shower to vanity and step from vanity to toilet eliminated and wider vanity area review would be higher recommended. Better lighting also. Too expensive for these type of small spaces

My husband and I stayed here for Valentine's weekend (3days) this Feb 2025 and we loved our stay! It was the perfect, central location! I LOVED the Starbucks next door, and the AMAZING Casa Valadez! The staff was fabulous, service top notch, and loved the welcome drink of wine or mimosas. Front desk was responsive (via WhatsApp) even days/weeks before arrival and suggested some tours and activities. They reserved the callejonadas evening tour, as well as arranged our ride from hotel to airport. The rooms are VERY pricey compared to the rest of the area, but we went with this hotel because in pictures, the rooms looked very modern and cloean and property seemed upscale, with it's decor and furnishings. Another reason why we reserved this hotel is because of its rooftop bar, which their pictures online just boasted about! Sad to say, we did not experience the bar mentioned as it was under construction (I was a bit disappointed about this) and there was no mention that the bar cannot be accessed anywhere. The price per night averaged to about $250 with all taxes and fees included. For this price, the hotel could have included complimentary breakfast or complimentary "something." Overall, it was a good stay because of the unique rooms and charming spot... Will I stay here again if I were to return with our daughters, probably not. I did not enjoy the very tiny bathroom sink and this would only be recommended, imho, for singles or couples staying for a short time in Guanajuato.

Beautiful hotel in a classic building right in the heart of the city. Excellent service from all the staff - highly recommended!
