staff is really friendly, the amenities in the room are great. I had the KingSize smoking room, everything was clean and modern. My highlight was the bathtub and the japanese toilet! Their gym is a bit difficult to get to, but other than the dirty mat, it had good machines.

The hotel service is very good. Staff are friendly and kind. The gym room is clean. There are plenty transportation available near to the hotel.

Very tasty breakfasts with big variety, helpful staff (allowed us to check our later), perfect location (5 min to metro station, not far from main sights). The rooms are not very big, but have bath tub and the hotel itself is not new, but room was clean. Decent hotel!

Love the non-smoking room. It is an intelligent hotel. There is even a Xiaodu smart speaker in the room. Very convenient to get from the reception area to the hotel room. Receptionists are also friendly and helpful.

From the check-in to the check-out , I received great service. It was smooth and fast even with using a passport. They explained everything I needed to know. They even brought me a charger even though I didn’t ask for one. The breakfast buffet was good, would like a little more vegetarian options but overall, I definitely would stay again.
