The location is great. The receptions are very friendly. Their English is excellent.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. I really don’t understand how trip.com agree with a hotel like this listed on the their app. Nasty place , so dirty and stinky , cockroaches everywhere you might get sick staying in this place.

It's a stopover for me back to Shanghai. It's a budget hostel like hotel. I booked the cheapest room without windows. The place is clean, free bottle water, clean towels and bath and shower. Located in the center of Guangzhou city so this is a bargain for me. Yes, I will book again. No complain at all.

Counter staff are nice, price is good. Nearby have multiple shopping malls, milk tea shops, restaurants, food shop and 24h convenient stores.

the hotel doesnt have a lift, which makes it harder to carry your luggages. Aside from that the room is not clean, the toilet as well, i had to clean the toilet before using 🙃🙃🙃

It is the worst booking I have made on Trip.Com. This facility should not be listed on Trip.Com. It is a complete embarrassment. I arrived at 23:00, exhausted from my trip. The receptionist was having a conversation with a technician regarding some repairs that he still needed to do. He then disappeared, and I went to my room. To my utter shock, the same technician was actually repairing a basin tap and hose, and when he left, water and cupboard debris were left all over the floor! The following day, I went on about my work and again returned relatively late (around 20:00), only to find that my room was not cleaned. There was a lady cleaning other rooms. I asked her, and she responded that she was at school earlier in the afternoon, hence she was only cleaning the rooms that late. Terrible!
