the hotel doesnt have a lift, which makes it harder to carry your luggages. Aside from that the room is not clean, the toilet as well, i had to clean the toilet before using 🙃🙃🙃

It is the worst booking I have made on Trip.Com. This facility should not be listed on Trip.Com. It is a complete embarrassment.
I arrived at 23:00, exhausted from my trip. The receptionist was having a conversation with a technician regarding some repairs that he still needed to do. He then disappeared, and I went to my room. To my utter shock, the same technician was actually repairing a basin tap and hose, and when he left, water and cupboard debris were left all over the floor! The following day, I went on about my work and again returned relatively late (around 20:00), only to find that my room was not cleaned. There was a lady cleaning other rooms. I asked her, and she responded that she was at school earlier in the afternoon, hence she was only cleaning the rooms that late. Terrible!

Very, very bad hotel. First of all, I booked a Sunshine Smart Room. As soon as I entered the room, I found it was small and dirty. It was really disgusting. I originally wanted to not stay there, but they said that they would charge a depreciation fee after checking in. It was disgusting.
