Service was fine and 24 hours. Location is good for commuting to Centraal or Zuid. Door locks require some maintenance. Battery/sensors for the A/C and TV could do with checking or upgrading as the remotes were a little temperamental on working. Bed and shower were good.

Great location with walkable distance to RAI

The location is perfect for our needs. The access to trams is ideal for getting around Amsterdam. The downside of this hotel is the noise from other guests. The walls do not block out any sounds and this was unpleasant the one night as our neighbours kept arguing and if felt like they were in our room. The staff are all very pleasant, but communication was sometimes difficult. But will definitely stay here again

The hotel isn't too close to the main activities. There is no supermarket close either. No aircon. No microwave. Room was dark and could hear people walking around. Sometimes the staff are friendly but sometimes not so much. Room was small. TV only had 1 english channel which was terrible boring news reporting. Was looking forward to watching some local shows but with subtitles unfortunately that was not a option.

The location of this hotel is excellent, and the tram station is just a few steps away from the hotel. One can easily commute all the attractions in no time. I feel they can provide few more amenities for the price they charge. 24/7 reception is available, so you no need to bother about the late check-in which is beneficial for few travellers.

We enjoyed out trip its amazing

Upon entering the room, the smell of detergents used was downright off-putting. A sharp, acidic odor. I had to open all the windows and leave the room. After two hours, everything was fine. There was also a lot of dirt on the windows and in places that weren't cleaned daily. It's a good area for RAI visitors. Shops and restaurants are nearby.

I didn't book breakfast. Service was great, cleanliness was okay. The room was a bit dated, as you could see in some places.

Our stay was very disappointing. To begin with, we paid for a room we never got. It was impossible to sleep until 3 a.m. because we were on the ground floor, meaning the hotel's shared toilets were right next to our room, and there was noise from the hotel receptionist (videos and games during the night). Reading the reviews, we discovered there were bedbugs in the hotel, so we checked our bed and, unfortunately, there were inexplicable stains. There was a damp smell in the room. Be aware that in addition to the advertised price, you will have to pay a tourist tax upon arrival. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this hotel.

A great tip for a short break in Amsterdam. More than enough room for sleeping. Super friendly staff

The hotel's location is excellent, a 4-minute walk to the tram, turn right and it will take you to Rai station, you can go from there to the airport, it's not far, about 10 minutes by train, and turn left and it will take you directly to the center. What could be better than this? There are halal restaurants next to it, two supermarkets, and a laundry. I think it's excellent, and next time I will book the same hotel. Thank you, and I forgot the young men at the reception, an Egyptian and a Yemeni, who were very helpful and didn't skimp on anything with you.

High density, poor sound insulation, dirty

It was very good. The price was reasonable and I was very satisfied. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity. It was also clean.
