The location of this hotel is excellent, and the tram station is just a few steps away from the hotel. One can easily commute all the attractions in no time. I feel they can provide few more amenities for the price they charge. 24/7 reception is available, so you no need to bother about the late check-in which is beneficial for few travellers.

Three people can't even turn around in this room. The hotel was under renovation when I checked in. The windows are small and the aisles are so narrow that two people can't pass through normally. I won't stay here again. Convenient transportation. There is a big supermarket in the courtyard with everything you need. The price-performance ratio is 75 points.

The city rail is very close and can go directly to the central station and the canal. There is a supermarket next to it and a pizza and sushi restaurant opposite. The price is very worthwhile for this location.

very bad! Never thought about it at all! The sound insulation is super poor! In the next room, you can clearly hear people boiling water in the shower and opening the door! The scariest thing is just falling asleep! At 12 o'clock, the foreign aunt in the next room didn't know what she encountered! There was a sound like a fire alarm! We were so scared that we got up quickly! It rang a few times and then stopped! What a terrifying experience! Check out at 11 o'clock, can I check out at 12 o'clock? Said to pay 20 euros! The hot water is hot and cold! I don’t want to stay here again!

It is very easy to reach the CENTER, 2 minutes from the tram stop. You need to use tram number 4.

I did not have a chance to stay at this hotel. I am leaving a negative review because the hotel did not refund the money. Didn't check in due to force majeure. The hotel is not loyal to its guests.

They tried to scam me! Booked and prepaid on Agoda app. According to booking contract, I had to pay at the hotel only the local tax of €6.24. When there, they strongly pretend me to pay €11! I firmly refused, and after a strong discussion I paid the correct amount. FYI The local tax in Amsterdam is 12.5% on the net cost before VAT. That is the only amount you have to pay. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

This Place is a Dump Avoid at all cost, The Place smelt of urine and vomit, i stayed one night and moved out, The cereal for breakfast was stale and the eating area reeked of stench, They charged me $10 euros for a half bowl of stale cereal , and refused to give me a refund for the two unused nights i cancelled, staff are rude and uninterested, the Area around this hotel is a slum and full of homeless people, the area itself also stinks rubbish everywhere. they didn't provide soap and the bed linin was stained. i left there itchy and bites on me, if this place was in Australia it would be put out of business by the health department. Save your money and invest in a decent hotel as in the end you will move out and with no refund lose your money .

I booked a room with a TWIN bed. Received a room with SINGLE bed. Room was so small, there was no space for a chair, a desk, or anything else.

The hotel is only just outside the city centre but has good transport links and so getting around is very easy. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. The room was small but was en suite. The room also had team and coffee making facilities which is unusual for a budget hotel in the Netherlands and a welcome surprise. Sadly the TV in the room was broken, I reported this to reception only to be told many of the TVs in the hotel did not work and that it was down to the WIFI. Strangely the hotel WIFI worked fine and I was able to connect my phone it and use it without problem. I don't visit Amsterdam to watch TV but it is the reason this review is only 4 stars. The breakfast was good, continental buffet style and for only 10 euros a bargain. I will stay here again when I next visit Amsterdam.
