Great service, great smile every time

My stay at Sheraton Nairobi Hurlingham was great. Distance to the airport was a big factor in choosing this location. Both restaurants in this hotel were amazing. I personally recommend the Chicken Swahili dish at Pablos. A special mention to a staff from the hotel, Wilson. He was extremely kind and professional and made our stay a memorable one.

The hotel is modern and clean and the rooms are comfotable. It's an good choice if you are flying out of Nairobi-Wilson the next day. I did have a couple of complaints. Firstly, I was under the impressionwhen I booked that there was free transportation between the hotel and the airport, but this turned out not to be the case. Secondly the gym was out of action on the day I arrived. Finally, I asked a lady at the front desk a question about where to check in for my flight. She very confidently give me the wrong answer, which fortunately did not cause a big problem as I checked on the internet as well.
