"Plus points:
- My apartment is 24.35 in Block C. In general, the house is clean, tidy, fully equipped (smart TV, Washing machine, iron, shampoo, shower gel, table and chair, casserole, sauce, cup, ...) almost can move in. The balcony view of my apartment is west, so in the afternoon you can watch the beautiful sunset (facing the city and part of the sea)
- The room is cleaned quite clean, no feeling of scratching on the floor like other beach accommodations. Always equipped with toiletries such as screws, floor cleaning trees.
- Under the apartment there is GS25 , a few steps to Lotte Mart, a few hundred meters to the beach.
- You support enthusiastically, I need to ask if there is any response.
Minus points:
- Only one big minus point makes me consider when I come here next time I am not an elevator: a block has many apartments, but the elevator has only 3 stairs and 1 staircase. The stairs are slow, the regular stairs are divided, 1 step goes from the 1-15 floor (stairs C1) and the rest of 2 steps from the 16-35 (stairs C2, C3). The stuck situation occurs often, at least 10 minutes. During check-in- check-out, 30 minutes. I was given 2 room cards, and one card could go to both stairs C2, C3 . The other card can only go C2 . So pressing my house's stairs is a little more difficult.
Note: parking will cost every time you enter and exit. With motorbikes, it costs 5k in the morning, overnight 15k. Not much but also limited access, accompanied by stairs traps, it is also worth thinking."
