GGuest UserThe room had a beautiful view and was very clean. Looking to the left, you'd see the beach, and straight ahead was a view of the mountains and the city.
The owner was super lovely and very helpful. If you arrive by car and want to rent a motorbike, just ask him, and he'll help you arrange it.
If there were an 11-point scale, I'd give him full marks! 😂😂😂
*I was so taken by how clean, fragrant, and beautifully decorated the room was that I completely forgot to take pictures! 🥹🥹

AAndyDang99Location is best as it's only a 2-minute walk from the bus terminal in Vung Tau. My room had a window on corridor side, which makes the price lower than those with balconies or windows facing outside. Room was spacious and everything is minimal equipped. what O impressed was WiFi which hit 110 mbps.
Bathroom was clean as the standard here. I won't take it bad but some people may care a bit. Take a look at photos.
Close to the Hotel there is a local seafood restaurant that serves most dishes by 39.000₫ (ca 1.50 $). All of the ones I ordered were very good.

GGuest UserOne of the better hotels at a reasonable price. Great location and views. Has plenty of services and amenities nearby and walking distance to back beach. The only downside was that it takes a long time to wait for the lifts, particularly at busy periods and then you have to cram in like sardines. I will return should I need to stay in VT.

SSansa SsnClean, cozy, close to Lotte and the sea. Everything you need for living in the apartment is there. Balcony with a view of the sea and the construction site. The construction did not interfere at all. Good hostess! Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. There is a large swimming pool on the roof, a shady cool courtyard and shops below. I would be happy to stay there again.
The only downside is the elevators. They cannot handle the flow of residents, and there are only two elevators going up to the 35th floor. Very slow, hot, queues, a stop on each floor, the locals are mercilessly slow, so it takes half an hour to leave and arrive. This is not the fault of the apartment owner, so I am not lowering the rating.

Extremely long wait times on the elevators too (busy period) so be warned. To use the pool will have to go to the A section, get an elevator from the 1st to the 16th floorN switch elevators again and these are constantly packed.

KKatzyOne of the bedrooms in a two-bedroom apartment with double beds is fairly small. The sound distance is poor at night since we could hear the TV's light sound, which is inconvenient, and the water drainage is also pretty slow. Even yet, at this cost, a 1-night stay for a group of 3–4 people is still reasonable and commendable as it's well equipped with culinary equipment, a fridge, washing machine and balcony for drying the clothes.
If you were driving yourself, it was advised to park for one night in the basement for VND 80k from 13 p.m. to 13 p.m. the following day.
The staff was very kind.
