I stay in hundreds of hotels every year, and this is the first time I've given a negative review. I just drove home from Xinjiang and passed by Guilin Wanfu Plaza for business. The most expensive hotels nearby were Park Inn and Hongkun. Laibai 388, Hongkun 460. Thinking that Hongkun was more expensive and remote, the environment would definitely be better, and it would also offer a free room upgrade, so I booked Hongkun, but I was in for a scam! First: There is no way to upgrade the room type. Second: the room decoration is at least two grades worse than La Park, one grade worse than Jiji and Lavande, and half a grade worse than the cheapest Vienna. Comprehensive comparison, the normal price of Hongkun is 250, which cannot be higher. Third: The so-called garden hotel does not live up to its name. There are not many trees in sight, and it is surrounded by professional markets. Below Libai is the best pedestrian street in the area, where you can eat and drink. The kind in Hezhou Garden Expo Park is called a garden hotel, and it only costs 288. Fourth: I checked in at almost 11 o'clock in the evening, and the sign "Do Not Disturb" was posted. At 11 o'clock in the morning, the waiter knocked on the door and asked about cleaning. He said no, and asked what time to check out. The sleep I just fell asleep was gone again, delayed. The benefits of checking out at two points are equivalent to none. I called the front desk to ask about upgrading the room type. The service attitude of the front desk guy was very good and he was always very patient. However, he couldn't make the decision to upgrade the room type and had to ask the leader for instructions. Later, the leader gave instructions that their hotel only had two room types, one king bed room and one suite, and it was impossible to upgrade. I’m confused, I can’t upgrade, and I’m told online that I can upgrade for free. Isn’t this a lie? Where has the spirit of contract gone? This is still a state-owned hotel. It speaks volumes for the country’s leaders. Like it👍 There are three cars parked in the entire hotel. With this kind of management ability and lack of sincerity, why don't you go home and sell it🍠, step down and give way to talents, and boost the economy? I didn’t feel embarrassed, so I called Ctrip to communicate, and Ctrip compensated the price difference between Hongkun and Libai. I originally wanted to cancel this hotel and go back to Park Inn, but Ctrip's service attitude was very good, so I agreed to Ctrip's plan to pay the price difference, and it was almost 11pm when I checked in, so I just stayed one night. Attached is a price comparison chart of the hotel that night, as well as pictures of other garden hotels. It’s not just planting some grass and a few small trees that can be called a garden hotel.

The hotel is located in a remote area and the external environment is rather messy. But the interior garden design is very exquisite. Good value for money. The room was huge. Beautifully decorated. The ashtray is of low quality. The sign on the bathroom sliding door is upside down. The details are not handled well enough. Breakfast is quite casual.
