絕對避雷！冒充華住麗楓酒店的掛牌酒店！！！
每天不打掃，第一天就在被子裏發現用過的牙簽！！！和酒店前台溝通，回覆説酒店肯定打掃過，不肯換；再次溝通下，2位前台上來，剛電話裏的那位還説換不來被套，問我們能不能自己換！！！
第二天門卡刷不進，照樣不打掃，衹有衞生間的垃圾桶換了垃圾。和酒店溝通後，掃垃圾重新打掃竟還發現不知道誰的糖果！再次重新換被子，拿來的被單裏有多根頭髮！！！
這樣的酒店沒人管理的嗎？！！！攜程平台這樣的酒店也能定位為高檔型？？！！！

酒店離景區很近，而且比較新，環境衞生都很好，在這附近算是性價比比較高的。前台小姐姐服務很好，還給我們送了早餐名額，非常感謝！

房間很乾凈，新裝修很新，就在龍虎山景區門口，特別近。印象深刻的是，要退房離開時突發身體不適，前台【劉雪琴】讓人倍感關懷，時刻關心照顧，體現了良好的服務意識和敬業精神，通過她的服務，，不僅説明她人性慈悲善良，也側面説明瞭酒店管理很好。祝福酒店生意興隆，要預訂的朋友可以放心下單預訂。

這個房型的大床房有些小，前台已經很熱情的調到最好的也不算理想，不過衞生間空間佈局很合理，使用起來非常舒適。

從環境到服務都非常差勁，前台員工一問三不知連幾個房型的差別都説不清，第一次住麗楓想着連鎖酒店也不會差到哪裡，結果真的非常糟糕的體驗以後不會再住，衞生很差進屋放包就發現桌子上有油跡沒擦乾淨，牀頭櫃桌子好多頭髮，浴室腳墊很臟，淋浴間上一位客人留下的牙刷也沒有清理，晚上下樓想問下前台有沒有飲料賣，問了兩遍才和我説沒有，又問了哪裡有賣不情不願和我説去外面買，真的非常非常差勁，絕對不會再住麗楓任何一家
