這次出行住得最差的就是這裏，前台態度也不怎麼好，房間黴味，地板都壞起坑坑窪窪的，沙發都臟成黑色了，第二天十點左右都在説要打掃衞生，沒見過這種服務的酒店，房間和服務確實對不起四百多的價格

房間很大，打車過去的，位置有點不好找，房間燈光有點昏暗，其他都還好，去的時候還是淡季，很多飯店沒有開門，房間合理，下次還會選擇

酒店看煙花佔據了最好的位置，前幾年就來過，這次元旦衹有一天假，又來了。房間還是蠻大的，人也還客氣，早餐是粉面玉米饅頭雞蛋牛奶這些。可能今年看煙花的人太多了，感覺安排上有點力不從心。頭兩天打電話來預留吃晚餐和看煙花的桌子，説是不用預訂來了就會安排，結果來的時候人山人海還得和別人搶位子，我們預訂了房間並需要用餐的並沒有得到預想的安排。中間包括佔位子、點餐、等餐都很難找到服務人員，人員安排感覺不太夠，大家都在一個勁找人，服務人員也是忙得暈頭轉向。後面小孩不舒服哭鬧，上樓又發現電梯壞了，還得扛着孩子爬樓梯，到了樓層又發現整層樓燈不亮。一晚上也是有些精疲力盡的，還好煙花確實很美，第二天一早去了溶洞坐船也不錯。希望下次遇到這種節假日，酒店能提前做好人員和設施的安排。
