We recently hosted our company’s 10th anniversary celebration at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Gurugram (Sector 12), and the experience was absolutely seamless and memorable. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and professionalism of the team stood out. Special thanks to Chef Naveen for the delicious and well-curated menu that all our guests loved. The food quality and presentation were exceptional. We are also truly grateful to Mr. Nikhil (Manager) and Mr. Mahesh, who ensured every detail — from the venue arrangements to coordination and service — was taken care of with utmost attention. Their support and proactive approach made the event stress-free and enjoyable for our entire team. Highly recommended for corporate events or special occasions. Good service. From the beginning, everything was smooth, professional, and handled with great attention to detail. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable, going out of their way to ensure all my needs were met promptly. What I appreciated most was the consistency and quality of service — every interaction felt genuine and customer-focused. The turnaround time was quick, and communication was clear at every step.

It was a good stay and very peaceful. Loved the quality of the room and service. The hospitality was commendable. The food at the hotel was also impeccable. I have stayed at this place earlier and would recommend to multiple people. It has become my go to stay place at Gurgaon. Liked the hospitality of Mukesh Housekeeping especially.

Mukesh from Housekeeping did the best her cleanliness and nature both are fabulous He did the great job. Room was very neat and clean ***** with full amenities.Room size was fine ambience is good although there were a lot of food options for the breakfast.... Thank you Team CIS

Good hospitality room very nice housekeeping staff very helpful and friendly food was excellent and sarvice good and friendly staff 😊 very polite talking everything is perfect today I left this hotel and I recommend this hotel my family and friends. Kudos to Housekeeping team
