The staff did not set the water bottle and I asked. A staff member came to my room with them and asked for a good review by using a Google map review. Also, as bugs were in the hotel room, a staff changed my room to other. The staff said she would bring my stuff to a new room but it was not finished and I brought them to a new room. Sometimes I could not understand the staff."

"I am extremely happy with my stay at the Grand Hyatt. I do thos every year. It was my anniversary and Celine (don't know the correct spelling, maybe Selene) was so kind in arranging cake for us. Divyaansh at Checkin was so courteous and professional, kindly helping us bring our bags to the room. His manager was also great, and remembered us from our stay last year. Forgot her name but she really exhibited her leadership skills. At checkout, Alisha was very helpful and kind, so was her manager (didn't get her name). They walked us all the way to the door. Kind gestures like these matter alot. Amit also showed great service by helping us with our bags, and Vinay at the front door too was so polite and helpful with our bags. Location is also alright. 35 minutes to airport if no traffic, half an hour drive to DLF Cyberhub for great dinner. Oh and in winter time they serve some delicious hot chocolate as a welcome drink. Their breakfast was also fantastic. I got to try local delights I don't usually have time to try like the Bun Maska. 10/10 recommend Grand Hyatt!"

The highlight of the evening was the live singer, who created an incredible atmosphere with an amazing performance.
