Was pretty average staff was nice

The rooms are smelly , breakfast is not good . Tea and coffee is extremely poor quality , room service was good but taste and the hotel is not good at all

I have worked there as a senior front office associate But the GM there (Manish S Malik) has put my salary on hold. When I told him about it, he said he will not give my salary. Everything in the hotel is good except the staff there that are not good.

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. Due to its proximity to the airport, I’ve often used it as an airport hotel. My past experiences have been positive. However, this time was quite disappointing. The towels were stained, and there was no hot water — I had to take a cold shower. While the food was good, the laundry service was unavailable, which added to the inconvenience. Given the current condition of the property, I am unlikely to return and will certainly avoid this rundown hotel in the future.

The room was very average. Food quality was very bad. The main shower in the room was not operational. Breakfast was very poor. The staff is not aware of what Egg Half fry/boil is.
