the furnishings is showing their age... though the service is very good...
bottle water seems to be of questionable quality... not befitting Westin brand

I stayed with my mom at this hotel. The room was not upto the mark as the window blinds were broken, the aircon was not working properly. Room services was slow. Overall I prefer Taj over Westin.

Lovely hotel perfect for business stay. Room was spacious and had a nice office table. Breakfast spread was also delightful. Really enjoyed my stay!
