Service of the hotel is too bad. To request something need to remind at least twice. To order something in the room it takes long time to reach.Spa doesn't have enough therapist. Food provided in the breakfast as very cold and poor quality.

Guwahati's Greenwood hotel has become our go-to! We're consistently impressed with their exceptional service, spotlessly clean and cozy rooms, and mouth-watering food. Compared to other hotels we've tried, Greenwood stands out. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guwahati. A special shoutout to Mr. Krishna Chetia for his outstanding support during our stay.

My stay, during my recent visit to Guwahati, at Greenwood Hotel was kind of awesome. Staff was very kind and generous. Facilities were superb. Room comfort was at its best. Would like to highly recommend it to everyone who want to visit and stay in Guwahati.

Very cooperative staff specially Mahadev and Vishnu 😊😊👍👍. All are happy and ready to serve you with a smile on their face. We all 17 people are happy. It’s sure we are staying G at the same place when maa kamaakhya is calling us again and waiting for the moment.

Cosy stay and helpful staff. Food was good. Clealiness was very good Good quality toiletries provided Krishna was very helpful, managed to provide us with packed breakfast at 6 am. Lotus stem starter was amazing. Overall the stay was fantastic

I had a pleasant stay at Greenwood. The staff were polite, very hospitable, and responded quickly whenever assistance was needed, special mention Mr. Krishna. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained, with soothing lighting and a large window offering a beautiful view of the landscape. I also appreciated Greenwood’s commitment to sustainability—glass water bottles and eco-friendly toiletries are a thoughtful touch. If I had to suggest improvements, it would be to offer a more diverse selection of food and replace the towels, as they seem a bit worn.
