看攜程請假説是固原比較好的酒店。剛入住小朋友就被上個顧客留下的針紮了，哭的稀里嘩啦。房間打掃的來做了解釋，送了小零食和果盤。可是還是破壞了還心情，希望之後清掃能再認真些，早餐一般吧，沒有想象那麼好。

國慶節與父母妻兒去銀川玩，第一站到固原。
這家酒店是攜程推薦的固原最好酒店，豪華還是高檔，排行第一。
結果很不盡人意，環境，設施，衞生各方面，都不配高檔或者豪華這個詞。
特別是早餐，太差了，差到無法形容。
衹有服務人員態度比較好，有一定水平，較滿意。

房間整體都還不錯，稍微有些舊，不過服務都很好。早餐整體也都很好，就是一些甜點可能放的時間有些長，我女朋友注意到抹茶蛋糕都有些發黴，其他的都還好，水果也很新鮮。

此酒店原名“固原西港航空飯店”，出租車司機一般不認知“首旅萬信酒店”，更認知酒店的原名。位置比較偏，附近不容易找到餐廳或小吃店。大堂高大上，房間中規中矩，乾淨衞生。辦理入住手續時前台衹有一人，搞得感覺等待辦理時間比較長。酒店大門口沒有門衞，偌大的大堂除了正在忙碌的接待員外，難覓其他員工問詢固原市的旅遊等事宜。
