GGuest UserWe stayed only one night but air-conditioning keeps on shutting off between 10:30 -midnight that I have to call front desk and have to open the door at midnight just to get the air-conditioning fix that it took 3 calls to get it fixed

LlbarbieDidn't sleep all night, reasons:
1. The toilet fan couldn't be turned off for the first time
2. The refrigerator was very noisy, and it was still a high-frequency noise. I realized it when I went to sleep. I moved it out and found that the power supply was sealed inside and couldn't be turned off.
3. The pillow made noise when sleeping on the side, and I don't know where it came from.
The parking fee was waived the next morning, but it was the first time for a business traveler to stay in such a quiet town with a room with an excessive noise index, room 336!

IihugThe hotel is very general, the inn is only the way, do not have too high expectations, linked to the price, the law is only normal. Ignored a problem when booking, that is too close to the high speed, but the car is not a lot at night, the big car is generally on the road earlier, it is very tired, it is the background music.

单单Convenient location, the place where the self-driving tour passes, the sofa bed in the room is too soft, the sleep is not very comfortable, there is basically no service provided by the hotel, suitable for passing the foot.

AAnonymous UserWe stayed on the side of the hotel near the train track. We didn’t sleep much at night. It was too noisy. We wanted to feel like the train was going into the room. It was deafening and the child was crying. This was a very dissatisfied and unpleasant experience.

GGuest UserOverall, it's an average Motel. It's okay for a temporary stay while in Kamloops. The guy at the front desk has a good service attitude. It's close to TRU. I chose an accessible room. It's large in size and has a swimming pool and fitness equipment.
