The hotel I stayed at during the Grand Loop tour was just average… I requested a non-smoking room, but upon entering, there was a strong smell of smoke. I had to open all the windows for a long time to ventilate before the smell dissipated. The headboard was also filled with smoke before I went to bed. There was a ”No Smoking” sign on the bedside table, but it was useless, and the ”No Smoking” note was also ineffective. This hotel didn't provide conditioner. The only advantage was the location; it's a few minutes' walk from the night market, and the Bayin River is just across the street. I'm giving it five stars because everyone is working so hard these days, so I'm giving them encouragement!

Because we are bringing children, we also take the initiative to help carry luggage and recommend routes suitable for parent-child travel. It is really intimate. 本次青甘大環線家庭親子自駕途經德令哈，選擇入住這家海西賓館，整體入住體驗良好，綜合給出四星評價。 最讓人驚喜的是前台工作人員小惠，全程服務熱情周到、耐心細緻，辦理入住流程高效順暢。瞭解到我們同行有長者和孩子，長途自駕旅途勞累，主動貼心幫我們免費升級到了空間更大的行政套房，房間格局寬敞明亮，收納空間充足，大件行李可以輕鬆擺放，一家人休息起來寬鬆舒適，這份額外的貼心安排大大提升了旅途幸福感。 賓館地處德令哈市中心廣場核心位置，周邊餐館、超市密集，補給物資、就餐選擇都非常豐富，院內停車方便，很適合自駕遊客。房型自帶彌散式供氧與鼻吸供氧雙模式，針對高原高反非常友好，夜間開啟供氧後，有效緩解了頭暈、氣短等不適，特別適合帶長輩出行的家庭。自助早餐種類豐富，粥品、麪食、家常菜搭配齊全，口味家常實在，足夠支撐一早繼續趕路。 入住過程中遇到一點小問題：房門門鎖無法正常反鎖，夜間入住安全感不足，我們及時反饋後，酒店很快安排工作人員上門進行了維修處理，問題順利解決。唯一美中不足的是房間通風效果一般，密閉過夜後稍稍有些悶感，整體瑕不掩瑜。前台小惠的暖心服務和高效的售後處理讓人印象很深，高海拔中轉落腳十分推薦，下次路過德令哈還會選擇這裏。
