After waiting for nearly 20 minutes, the engineering department came and said it was maintenance. The sluice gate was closed and there was no hot spring water. The only way to soak is in the public hot spring. We saw that it was getting late, almost 11 o'clock, and we had to check out at 12 o'clock, but there was no information about late check-out. It is not convenient to bring children along. The public hot spring children's pool does not have hot spring water and children cannot play in it. It costs about 1,000 yuan a night and we only took a bath once and had to check out. When checking out, I reported the problem to the staff but there was no compensation. Why couldn't the maintenance staff notify the guests earlier?

The front desk was very polite and the arrangements were reasonable. The room has a river view. Cleanliness was also very good. Except for a puddle of water in front of the toilet in the bathroom, which almost made me slip, everything else was fine. I will stay here again next time I come to Lianghe.

We went there as a family during the Chinese New Year. The room was very big and we didn't feel crowded even with an extra bed. The room was very comfortable overall. The hot spring area is well designed. The staff is very welcoming. It was a pity that it rained the next day, otherwise it would have been very comfortable to go there early in the morning.
