The environment is very good, you can see the South Lake directly outside, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the space is large, and it is equipped with a small refrigerator. The most important thing is that the stereo is actually Harman Carton. While taking a bath, listening to songs, the experience is directly full, I want to experience it next time.

The room was very clean and tidy, the living was very comfortable, the front desk lady was very good and gentle! The hotel's supporting facilities are so surprising! The gym equipment is professional, and the laundry room is too suitable for long-term guests. The breakfast room is rich in variety and delicious, and the parking lot is convenient. Very thoughtful for customers, absolutely five-star praise!

The room is large, the pure cotton bedding is particularly comfortable, the self-driving tour is convenient, the facilities are complete, and the service is warm when checking in. Especially in the restaurant, the dinner arrangement is delicious and not expensive. Suggestion: Be dared to manage, the reception team uncle and aunt, into plastic bags to pack breakfast buns, eggs, sweet potato corn, fruit, etc., no one reminded management. The corn flowers and roasted sweet potatoes provided in the store were also grabbed by them, and there were corn flowers on the ground in the lobby. This feels that the management of the store is disorderly and the restaurant is not good to continue. Very good hotel, must be bold.

A stay beyond expectations! The location of the hotel is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding dining and shopping are convenient. The room was clean and tidy without dead ends, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly for a good night's sleep. The staff was warm and thoughtful throughout the whole process, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and cost-effective.

Criticisms and praises alike are warranted. Dissatisfactions: 1. Upon arriving at the hotel, the first thing I encountered at the front desk was a man smoking. No one stopped him, and he was rude and foul-mouthed. This made me very disappointed with the hotel management. 2. The room was windowless and very stuffy. 3. After going out, I discovered the Nebula Night Market mentioned in online guides. Although it's not far as the crow flies, you have to climb a mountain! For someone from inland China, it's practically a mountain climb. Having to overcome this slope to get there was both shocking and disheartening. It basically means the hotel is quite remote, and you can only get around by taxi. Satisfaction & Gratitude: 1. Whether leaving or returning, the front desk staff (all women) greeted me warmly. 2. When checking out, I carelessly left my power bank behind. The staff helped me handle the shipping and were very patient and prompt. Their attitude was excellent; I'm very grateful. 3. The overall hotel environment was actually very comfortable and relatively new. Aside from some secondhand smoke left in the elevator due to inconsiderate behavior, there were no noticeable odors. The restaurant was large, but perhaps because it was the off-season, the food selection was limited. There was a lounge area and laundry room, which were spotless despite not being used. Overall, if they strengthened their enforcement of the no-smoking policy, it would be an excellent hotel. It's a real shame, and the fact that all the staff were forced to inhale secondhand smoke was infuriating.
