The hotel is also very much looking forward to it. The housekeeper Xiaodan sister contacted me one day in advance. When she arrived, Xiaodan came out to pick us up because there was a detour on the hillside. In the evening, I prepared hot tea for us, introduced us to the hotel and environment, and fortunately upgraded the room. The hotel is not only beautifully designed and has Dai characteristics, but also very advanced and comfortable. The next day, the housekeeper Xiaoqian introduced us to breakfast early in the morning. It was nutritious and healthy, and taught us how to go to the observation deck to see the scenery. It is worth mentioning that the store helped carry the luggage, a wood lifted two boxes, when the uphill is definitely difficult to go, we are really embarrassed, can say thank you. CColin MichaelIt was a little surprising to find such a well designed and appointment bed and breakfast in the middle of an authentic village. The on-site manager was amazing and made sure that we were comfortable and well fed the entire trip (including organizing a meal in the home of a local villager). The design aesthetic is beautiful, the windows wrapping the entire building give unparalleled views. The breakfast is simple but well prepared and filling. It features rice noodles, fresh fruit, hard boiled and fried eggs and a savory broth.
The hiking nearby is a little fake? So come to be relaxed and enjoy the slow life of a 500+ year old community. See still in-tact wells, bridges, and granaries that have supported this community that entire time. The cloth dyeing business nearby is a fun excursion and was probably the highlight of our trip. Meet the owner who is a woman who left academia to empower local women in the art of dyeing fabric and creating small businesses.

HHeihemaAccording to the order navigation given by the housekeeper, we found the parking lot very accurately. After getting off the highway, we got on the winding mountain road. The road quality was very good, but there were many bends. The scenery along the way was superb, but I had to concentrate on driving and control the speed. I called the B&B at the parking lot, and the manager pushed the electric luggage cart to pick us up to the B&B. The first three photos were taken from the parking lot to the B&B front desk to handle the formalities. Because we arrived at 10:30 in the morning, the guests in front of us had not checked out yet. After we completed the formalities, we went to the upstairs of the front desk to rest, and met the owner of the hotel and the beautiful yoga teacher. There is no air conditioning upstairs, and there is no need for air conditioning. On a hot day, it is enough to turn on the smallest electric fan. Seeing us going upstairs, the owner was very considerate to open the windows one by one, and immediately there was a cool breeze blowing, which was the kind of mountain breeze that the human body feels very comfortable. The National Day went, the stockade was very crowded, the boss explained a lot of parking matters to avoid detours. The boss helped with the luggage, and the family was very good. WWongyThis is the best hotel you will get in Rongjiang. I would say the standard of fit out is similar to a Atour hotel for example. However, this is a brand new property and has a lot of gaps and it feels like the hotel is at a pre opening stage rather than a fully opened hotel.
The Landry in very small basically only one washing machine and one dryer. But after each wash there was water leaks all over the floor as they have not installed the water pipes properly.
The rooms are clean but air con keeps on switching off and you need to keep on changing cold settings to turn it back on. Another annoying thing is the toilet light. Even when turned on the sensors will turn off the light halfway through a shower. So you need to wave the sensor to turn the lights on again.
The reception staff are friendly but clearly lack the polished service. I purchase two nights and added to additional night which I paid at the hotel. But the evening staff don’t seem to communicate with the morning shift. I received a call on the third day around lunchtime asking why I didn’t check out when I paid for two extra nights at reception.
There is supposed to be a gym but no equipment and the football field below is nice but entrance to the field is not yet setup.
Finally, breakfast is very very basic so don’t expect much. Noodles, eggs and a few veggie dishes but quality is quite low.

RRichard LLThis is a cheap hotel, and for the price it's worthwhile. My room was clean and suitable for one night stay. There was a problem with the air conditioning remote which took a long time to resolve, and it was difficult to heat the room thoroughly even when it was working. The proprietor is helpful, though be aware you may need to call her when you arrive if she's not at reception. The facilities in the room are basic, and I needed to ask for a kettle.

The room was clean and spacious, the shower had a large amount of water, and it was equipped with a toilet mat and disposable bath towels for guests to choose from. GGuest UserIt’s very hot everywhere in the summer vacation. I decided to come to this mysterious Dongzhai to experience it before seeing 5 ha. I chose this store in Yuanshi B&B among the many accommodations.
