This guesthouse is our top choice when traveling with family. The location is absolutely perfect, right at the foot of Mount Hua, making trips to and from the visitor center incredibly convenient and saving us a lot of hassle. All the facilities are brand new, and the rooms are clean and dry, offering a very comfortable stay. What really touched us was the owner's thoughtful service: he drove us to the scenic area early in the morning, and when he realized my phone was out of service and I couldn't scan a QR code, he proactively helped me top it up, which was a huge lifesaver. He's genuinely warm and sincere, always putting guests first. Whether you're driving or hiking, this place is a perfect fit. I've already saved it, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Mount Hua. I truly recommend it to anyone traveling to Huashan!

I chose this hotel because it is about a 20 minute walk from Huashanbei (north) station. Check in was quick, the room was comfortable and not loud (even though it was facing the road), and the breakfast buffet was small but tasty. Helpfully, the Huashan tourist center (to enter the mountain) is a straight line down the main road, about a 4-minute taxi ride. There is a supermarket across the road, and 0lwbty do restaurants in the surrounding area.

The room was quite new and clean. Housekeeping kindly provided several bottles of water, which I appreciated. The hotel is just over a kilometer from the tourist center, so it was very convenient to get a taxi. The front desk called me in advance to choose a room based on my preferences, which was a nice touch. They thoughtfully provided raincoats and gloves during check-in. My pants and shoes got wet from a rainy hike, so I changed in the restroom on the first floor. The front desk even offered disposable slippers, which again, I was grateful for.

When booking a hotel, I specifically read a lot of reviews and chose this one, and it turned out to be just as good as the reviews said. First, I saw in the reviews that they offer pickup and drop-off service from the train station. I contacted the hotel front desk upon arriving at Huashan North Station, and they told me I needed to book in advance, otherwise, I'd have to wait a while. However, when they learned I was traveling alone, they immediately came to pick me up, which I really appreciated. As for the room, it was very quiet, and my room had an expansive view where I even saw a beautiful sunset. The next morning, they took me and other guests to the scenic area, and along the way, they reminded us to be mindful of the weather and to bring water, anti-slip gloves, raincoats, etc. In the afternoon, they drove us back to the high-speed rail station. The entire trip was incredibly smooth. A big thank you to the driver for the rides.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and nice and comes with a big screen. Breakfast choices are limited but adequate. There are free transport services to and fro huashanbei train station and also to and fro huashan attraction that is really helpful for foreigners. You can call the hotel via trip.com free Internet call to arrange for transport. The staff also helped us buy the cable car and bus tickets to huashan and gave us free gloves. We had dinner there, and the food was delicious (I really loved the 2 dishes I posted). We are also very honoured to be invited to a pre-release sunset photo taking experience at their rooftop with a very huge glass panel that you can stand/sit on to take instagram worthy photos. I believe the free photo shoot will likely be available soon for hotel guests. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the hotel.

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The room was huge — with two queen beds — and everything felt very new, clean, and well maintained. Super comfortable overall. One of the highlights was the hotel transport service. They provided transfers to the train station, and also sent us to and picked us up from the Huashan Tourist Centre, which made our trip to Huashan incredibly convenient and hassle-free. The staff were very friendly and thoughtful. They even gave us free gloves and bottled water, which was a really nice touch, especially for the hike. Another bonus is the Hunan restaurant in the hotel — easily one of the best Hunan meals we’ve had. Great taste, generous portions, and very reasonable prices. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Huashan!

The hotel staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. They offered free, punctual pick-up and drop-off services to and from all three train stations serving Mount Hua, as well as the visitor center. On our second day, after checking out, we left our luggage at the front desk and headed off to hike Mount Hua. After our climb, we decided to try our luck and see if the hotel could pick us up again. To our delight, the front desk attendant immediately and cheerfully agreed, and even proactively arranged complimentary drop-off service to the station.

This hotel was fantastic and made our Mount Hua trip even better. We booked a king-size room package for two nights. When we arrived, we asked if we could switch to a twin room of the same category, preferably one where the beds could be pushed together. The front desk attendant immediately upgraded us to a deluxe twin room, which gave us a super-sized bed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and they provided unlimited bottled water, which was perfect for getting a good night's sleep before and after our hike. The cleaning staff on our floor were very responsive whenever we needed anything. The hotel even provided complimentary fruit and offered a send-off service when we checked out. And let's talk about the incredible breakfast! The dining area was spacious and comfortable, and the food selection was extensive, with Chinese and Western dishes, hot and cold options, pastries, drinks, and local specialties – everything you could want. The service was warm and attentive; the attendant at the entrance even kindly reminded a child to be careful not to fall. Although the room rate wasn't expensive, the overall experience was excellent, and all my family members traveling with me praised it highly.

This is good value for money, but the breakfast was a waste as I didn't have time to eat it. I requested a room with a mountain view, but I was assigned a room on the ground floor. The parking space was right outside the window, and there were three large trash cans nearby, which smelled quite bad. The view wasn't great either. So, if rooms are scarce and you've specifically requested a ground floor room, don't choose a mountain view room to avoid wasting your time. One commendable aspect is the shuttle service to the station; this was arranged quite promptly, which was good.

The entire hotel is smoke-free, clean, and odorless. We booked a twin room with breakfast. It cost nearly 600 per night. Breakfast is only for two adults; children are charged extra. You also can't bring any outside food back to the room. The hotel TV is really annoying and practically unusable, with no channels working. There's no washing machine. You have to walk to the Huashan Tourist Center yourself. The hotel shuttle only goes to the hot springs; there's no shuttle service to the tourist center if you're not going to the hot springs. Unfortunately, we couldn't go to Mount Hua that day as it was temporarily closed. You can see Mount Hua from the hotel. The children's carousel and other amusement facilities on the first floor all require an additional fee. The breakfast is a mix of Western and Chinese, and the taste is decent. There aren't many dining options near the hotel, so you'll need to take a taxi to the city center to eat.
