Habitación muy ruidosa, poco aislada de la calle. Baño antiguo con bañera. Ausencia de amenities de baño. Y un problema grande: no había en todo en todo el hotel un enchufe para los modelos europeos. Y no lo avisan al check in. Entonces llegas en la noche y no puedes cargar tu teléfono.
Suerte tener a Alejandro que me prestó el suyo.
Desayuno escaso y siempre el mismo.
El bar cierra pronto

GGuest UserPersonal was not friendly. Only give two towels. We were 3 person in the room. I always asking for extra towel.
As a question they don’t know anything. I try to cancel first day. I didn’t like how ungrateful personal. I couldn’t cancel it .

The breakfast was excellent, the best I've had in Latin America. The room cleanliness and overall condition were also very good. However, the spa and sauna advertised on Ctrip were either unavailable or required additional payment, which was quite disappointing. These services were advertised at the hotel reception and on the walls, but when you actually needed them, they weren't there. The swimming pool was quite nice.

🌟 Just had an amazing stay at NH Hotels Cali Royal! It's perfectly situated near shopping malls and a golf resort, making it super convenient. The staff were truly outstanding, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. And can we talk about the breakfast buffet? So many delicious options! We were in town for a wedding, and I couldn’t recommend this hotel more if you’re in the area. Definitely a gem! 🏨💖 #TravelGoals #CaliRoyal #WeddingVibes #BreakfastHeaven
