Check-in is not good, we arrived early, we must wait until after three o'clock, the tour group will check in before three o'clock, obviously we arrived first, the room is very old, the only good thing may be that breakfast is slightly better than other hotels.

The service is very good and very warm. The hotel is also very new, the room is not big, the toilet is not big. The breakfast was very rich, with meat, eggs and fresh juice, which was quite good.

When I checked in, I specifically told the front desk that I didn't want a street-facing room, but they still gave me one. It was very noisy, with motorcycles and cars making noises until late at night. I couldn't sleep at all, so I had to ask the front desk to change it in the middle of the night. I ended up getting a standard room. The fruit for breakfast was good, but there were no vegetables, and the only protein was scrambled eggs. The air conditioner in the room was installed in a strange position, blowing towards my head.

Service was pristine! Perfect location, in Peñón area and close to everything.

Personal was not friendly. Only give two towels. We were 3 person in the room. I always asking for extra towel. As a question they don’t know anything. I try to cancel first day. I didn’t like how ungrateful personal. I couldn’t cancel it . Not recommended it

The hotel with high cost performance is cheaper than the domestic one. The breakfast at this price hotel is good. You can continue to book this hotel next time.

Low water pressure, basically no hot water in shower. The restaurant food was good..Safe area, walking distance to a variety of restaurants.Adding a few English television stations would be great.
