The room has a good view and you can see the vineyard, but the hotel facilities are a bit old and the health is good. Because there is no reservation for dinner in advance, the reservation is full when you arrive at the hotel. There is no restaurant open on Sunday night, so I didn’t eat dinner. The next day because it was Monday. The hotel also did not provide lunch, a little disappointed. Breakfast is a bit worthless, 30 euros a person, are very ordinary meals. But the service is very good, the service attitude of every staff is very good.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

Very close to Xmas market square, but a bit distance if you are visiting city centre of Reims and the Cathedral. But all in all the hotel is new and clean. The shower seems sometimes hot and sometimes cold, not consistent.

The service is very warm, the breakfast is very good, the parking is convenient and free. It is very convenient to buy things around. The water is a bit cold when you go, swimming should be cautious, and the overall is very good. The room was clean and wet separated!

The hotel is located right in the city center, perfect for an overnight stop. Our room facing the courtyard was very quiet. The parking garage was convenient. Luckily, there was air conditioning, as it was 34 degrees Celsius outside. The breakfast wasn't good. On the first day, the butter ran out and there was no alternative. The fruit wasn't fresh; it was very overripe and mushy. There's definitely a lot of room for improvement there. Despite this, the location is great, and for our two-night stay, it was totally fine.
