4.5/5
Excellent
NNekosukiRoom is very good and clean, and the staff‘s service is also very good, grand floor also provides free coffee and miso soup. but as a bicycle traveller, I was a little disappointed to find that there was no bathtub. There are no hot springs nearby ♨️. And the religious propaganda books in the room made me a little confused. However, for people who travel around Awaji Island by bicycle, this hotel is in a good location, just in the middle of the road around Awaji Island. It is highly recommended for bicycle travellers.

WWEIQIThe hotel environment is very elegant, the restaurant dinner is good, there are amazing points, the beef is not satisfactory, a bit old, but the overall is very satisfying. The breakfast was really delicious, the soy milk beans were rich, and the grilled fish was very good. There are also fresh sushi. Friends birthday, booked a cake, the hotel also deliberately sent to the room at the appointed time, and the next day also free to help take a group photo, and made a commemorative album, moving, Japanese service model. The rooms are large and the arrangements are very reasonable. The small vine bed outside the balcony is perfect for watching the sea. Very recommended for small living.

RRieko TakaiThe staff was very friendly and it was an accommodation that I would definitely want to use again! From the time of inquiry, they responded politely many times, and even when the time until the BBQ was running out, they went out of their way to let us know and made preparations so that we could start smoothly. I was so moved by all the God-like things I received from him! Thank you so much♪ The room was spacious and clean! !

LLon Ching

GGuest UserMy non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Fortunately the staff were exceptional, and I soon received another room. One staff told me that because the room was ”Japanese Style”, and that I had to take the bedding from the closet, move the low table and make up my own futon. I live in Japan and I know what a ”Japanese Style” room is. Ryokans of a good grade will have staff make up the futons. When a hotel is too large, the work of making up the futons for all rooms becomes onerous, however, one wonders why ”five star hotel” if one has to make up one's own futon AND receive education on what a ”Japanese Style” room entails [ I am in the hotel business]. The lobby is bleak and looks cheap. No style, no charm. The seating is ugly and cheap. There are real plants here and there but no cut flowers. Cut flowers are very expensive in Japan. Too expensive for this hotel. The final point is that I booked this specific hotel in order to take a swim. Although the weather was fine, the pool had closed the day before I arrived. The pool was still full of water, perfect and peaceful, but ”closed”. No doubt, this saves on staff and other expenses, in the same way that making up one's own futon does . . . all this is fine for a hostel, but not for a luxury hotel. I have been generous with my star-giving because I like to be kind, and because several of the staff were truly exceptional in their kindness and service, however, we hope that the management will note our comments. Please pay for more staff and please keep your pool open as long as the weather permits. Global warming means pools can stay open longer. :-)

CcherryCtrip should improve the hotel information, because the two price rooms represent smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms respectively. This is not marked, but the price is somewhat different. After arriving at the hotel, I want to add some money to exchange for a non-smoking room, but the hotel said that it has to do the operation on the website where I booked the room, that is, to return this order and place another one, but this order is non-refundable. So it cannot be replaced. I hope Ctrip will give more comprehensive room information next time. The hotel itself is very good. Next to the bis station, there are also convenience stores and restaurants around. The hotel also has a French restaurant and bar check-in hot spring and morning and Western breakfast. The grandparents at the front desk are very kind. Good, highly recommended

TTungTungChrisThis hotel is not lost, the room is tatami, they are all big, the most funny room has no bathroom, you must go to the bath downstairs, The bath is not big, about five to six people can only accommodate. There will also be handwritten letters in the lobby. There is free parking. The hotel also has a campervan room, but I feel that is forced, so I didn't pick it.
