The hotel staff will patiently help you deal with problems, which is good, especially the several service staff with ********* accents. The service is very thoughtful and there is no need to worry about language problems.
The sunset room I booked was arranged by the front desk at the very edge, and there was a construction site on the side, which affected the viewing experience. It's quite strange. I booked rooms on Ctrip several times, but I was either arranged at the very edge or the relatively worst room of the same level. Is it because the rooms in the agreement on Ctrip have different room types and locations, or the front desk looks at people and serves dishes, or is it really my bad luck...
In addition, there is only one elevator on a floor. It feels like it takes 5 minutes to walk from the room at the edge to the elevator every time, which I don't think is too reasonable.
The hotel has cooperative water projects, snorkeling, etc., which can be booked, which is more convenient. This time I enjoyed the sunset yoga on the sea, one-on-one, the cost is 500 yuan, one hour and 15 minutes.
Overall, it feels more suitable for adults with children, because there are many swimming pools to play.
You can't use Uber to call a taxi here. You can only call the taxi company and ask the hotel to help call a taxi.

It's been a while since I've stayed at such a satisfying hotel.
It was my first trip with my 7-month-old baby, but everything we needed was provided, including baby wash and baths, so we had a comfortable stay. There was also a well-equipped children's playground, even though we were only four years old.
The food and service were both excellent.

This was my second stay in 2020.
I was able to fully enjoy Miyakojima in the off-season. Thank you to all the staff.
One thing that bothered me was that the pescatore I ordered at the restaurant didn't taste like seafood stock at all, and it felt like seafood was on top of tomato pasta.

Elegant environment! First class service! Clean up! The massage techniques and methods of the SPA need to be improved. Training should be increased, or one to two Thai technicians should be invited to guide the training, so that more guests will experience this service. Lunch is monotonous, and it is recommended to increase the supply of varieties and specialty foods.

역역마살너구리It was located right in front of the airport bus stop.
You can walk to the convenience store, the seaside, and the port.
There are many restaurants nearby.
The room was spacious and clean.
It was a shame that the swimming pool was not open because it was winter.
But it was a hotel where you could pick up the tour bus right away.
It was so good to use at the beginning of the trip~

SShanghaipangshuTo be honest, it was a wise decision to stay at this hotel on the first day. It is very close to the airport, and it only takes about 10 minutes to walk there. There is a large supermarket opposite, so it is very convenient to eat. Resting and playing in the water in the hotel in the afternoon are both good choices. The next morning, my wife said that she felt itchy when she slept last night, and then she found this little bug on the bed. She picked one up and went to the front desk to communicate with the waiter. They were dismissive and unhappy. Could it be that we... That's why I gave this hotel a low score. The last photo is the customer in room 223 killing bugs (I stayed in room 218 that day).

It was a marathon day, so I was sorry I couldn't eat it calmly.
Every year, I'm looking forward to taking care of my favorite ones rental car, which is cheap, and snorkeling on the shore of Shinjo, and playing with the underwater aquarium 🐠 turtles. Every year, I'm taking care of you, Santa Monica, and I'm going to have a better service and a good meal.
I'll come back to play again.

The meal queue confirmation and call email service were also good. The amenities were replenished daily, so we had a comfortable stay.
There were only three laundry machines, and most guests used the washing and drying functions (which I guess take more than 120 minutes), so it was difficult to use them at a good time. (I wish they were installed on each floor.)
Anyway, it was our first time in Miyakojima and we enjoyed our days staying in a spacious room with our family. Thank you!

Located in the downtown area of Miyakojima, there are many restaurants nearby, and there is a family convenience store about 200 meters on foot, which is very convenient. The hotel offers a free taxi reservation service, and tourists who can make their own calls can make a taxi reservation call at the front desk. The hotel is very close to Sand Mountain, about 1,000 yen by taxi and 5-6 minutes away. The hotel rooms are large and have a washing machine. The washing machine is very user-friendly and is useful for tourists to clean the sand left on their clothes after the beach.

The inconvenience was that you had to take a car to the resort next door to eat breakfast and use the swimming pool.
