Solna Hotels with Gym

I arrived late, around 11 pm, and as a female solo traveller I did feel a little anxious. You can reach the hotel either via Solna Strand metro station or Sundbyberg Pendeltåg, both about an 8 min walk away. At night the walk feels a bit longer, so just something to keep in mind. The reception was warm and welcoming. My room was great; the bed was comfy, the pillow was soft, and there were plenty of teas, coffee, a kettle, and even a hair dryer. The only downside was the bathroom design: there’s no barrier between the shower and the rest of the toilet, so water flows into the vanity area. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and, as a Muslim, I found there were enough options I could eat comfortably. On my last day I needed to check out very early, and the reception kindly packed me a breakfast, which I really appreciated. The location is in Solna, so not right in the city centre, but public transport makes it easy to get around, just plan your trips in advance. One pleasant surprise: I didn’t realise housekeeping was daily. On my first day I left the room quite messy, thinking I’d be the only one seeing it, but when I came back later that night it was tidied up. Overall, a comfortable stay and lovely service. Location is generally far from the city but the price is cheap; there are hair dryers, hand sanitizers, shampoos (shower gel two in one) in the room, others are gone; the room is relatively clean
