I really enjoyed my stay, location was very good . Rooms were very clean. The staff were professional and friendly , specially Mrs Yeliz at the reception very helpful and nice girl. The food , beverages and sweet was great. I highly recommend this hotel for adults . The only bad thing which I will to confirm -only for me- , was they used a cleaning detergent liquid which has a strong smell and I suffered on that as I have asthma but the personal and the housekeepers ( Hadija and Gulaaiy ) took care on my room vey carefully .. many thanks all .

We've checked in for one night but the atmosphere and hotel itself surprised us so much that weve extended our stay twice in total of 5 days. Rooms are super clean and modern (not very big but we'll organized and comfortable). All area around the hotel is very clean and Cosy (from restaurant to pool and the ways between the areas). We were served daily with delicious breakfast (included in the price). Staff is very friendly, helpful and make sure that you're relaxed as much as possible. The hotel is taken care of with the smallest details (nice shower gel which are really foamy :), great sponges, soaps which doesn't dehydrate your skin, great working equipment, comfortable bed on which we slept amazing, good working airco, nice pool with small Jacuzzi, own parking area, close to the city center but you still need to use a car if you don't like walking too much :), sponges on the sunbeds are super comfy and amount of beds let you always find your spot :). Bar by the pool serve nice cocktails (additional price) but they will surely make you happy with any your request. Entertainment manager Metin is making really good job with giving all necessary informations and advises regarding spending the day or night in the nearby areas, great small talks during the day - people love it :) We can't complain about anything and we will surely come back to Ada Port :)

Right on the shore, not across the road. In Turkey such units. Breakfast is just a holiday every morning! Staff is welcome. I recommend bringing my coffee capsules for the Nescafe machine, good beer and a piece of soap:) Otherwise everything is red! Yes, here is also that .... terrible paintings on the walls are easy to remove and put on the closet. And before leaving, return to the place.

I stayed at the hotel with my family and all the stuff made our vacation unforgettable. From the first minute we felt very welcomed at the hotel and Darina from the reception help us with all special requests. She is very friendly, attentive and helpful. I also want to mention Salih who was making every day full of fun and different activities. The pool party was a great experience and every night we could enjoy different events that he organized. All the guys from the bar are super friendly and nice, always smiling and making so cozy atmosphere. We also liked the food, it was always delicious. It was so sad to leave, but I am sure we come back there next year. The people who works there make this place the best to stay in Turkey. Thank you very much to everybody for our vacation. We enjoyed it a lot!!

The hotel is located at the foot of the mountain, right next to the beach of Cleopatra. all the sights in step availability. Food excellent. almost every day there was beef, turkey, chicken is of course. once for dinner were given lamb. in 10 days of rest there was fish three times (dorada, pepper, scumbria). wife liked some dessert. fruits on the season for October:fruit, apples, oranges, mandarins, delicious creams and excellent grapes. breakfasts are standard for Turkey. I don't Iran is enough in this hotel. it is not given. wifi in the room, speed is good. of the downsides-noise in the room is bad. lived on the first floor. even with closed windows it was difficult to sleep from the throat-which was under the windows of Poles (most of the residents of this hotel) until 12 nights. screaming, songs, Laughs stopped only after the bar was closed. the hotel would return but would be asked for the upper floor rooms.

From the moment we stepped in the hotel, we were impressed. It is very clean and modern. We arrived at midnight and were checked in within 5 minutes. We were offered food as well. The rooms are clean and modern. I found the bed a little hard but that's personal preference. The beach is a 10 min walk but they also run a shuttle bus numerous times a day. The food is AMAZING, even for someone as fussy as me, I ate a meal every night. So much choice and salads and desserts too. The pool area was lovely and clean. There are plenty of sunbeds and even when we got down at 9.30am-10am, we still had a choice. There is no snack bar for the all inclusive but every day at 4.30pm there is a wide selection of cake and some fresh fruit. I've never eaten so much cake 🤣 I love the idea that outside the room with your room number, is an illuminated panel. There are switches inside the room that you can illuminated red for no entry and green which is a lady with a mop which means you want your room cleaned. Best invention ever!! WiFi works well in all areas of the hotel. The only downside to this hotel and that's not their fault is the distance from Antayla airport, it's around 2 hours straight. We had a shuttle transfer and it took nearly 3 hours, there was a 15 min toilet/snack stop which made it a bit more bearable. I'd 100% recommend this hotel, you won't be disappointed.

We have been vacationing in Turkey since 2005 almost every year. We have stayed in all-inclusive hotels of various star ratings, but by 2024 the prices for such vacations had become simply astronomical. Therefore, we decided to rent a house by the sea for a long term. Considering that Turkey has complicated the procedure for renting out housing for a short term and in January 2024 the situation with renting apartments was very vague, our choice turned to offers from apart-hotels. In response to our request for the possibility of booking for the period and number of guests we were interested in, sent to at least 10 hotels, the first and, in fact, the only one, was Aria Riva Hotel Alanya. We vacationed in this hotel for almost 2 months from the beginning of June to the end of July 2024. The main criteria were: close to the sea, so as not to travel by transport, and to feel like home. We got all this from Aria Riva. Many thanks to Vera, who organized such a vacation for us! We really lived and vacationed like at home. Excellent two-room suite with full equipment, including a vegetable grater and a wine corkscrew. The washing machine is a real lifesaver with two children and two adults. The room was cleaned daily, and bed linen and towels were changed every 3 days. Aria Riva is an aparthotel where you feel like you are at home! Friendly, helpful and caring staff, but at the same time completely unnoticeable, unobtrusive. The electric kettle broke down, and exactly 10 minutes later it was replaced with a new one! Everything that is indicated in the room description on the website is there. All photos of the room correspond to reality. All appliances and plumbing are in working order and, importantly, completely clean! Even the oven! The sea is a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel with a traffic light to cross the road. The hotel pool is very conveniently located - partly under the building. There is both shade and sun. A freshwater pool in the shade in the midday heat after the sea is just a salvation! Sun loungers, tables with chairs, shower, children's ”paddling pool” - everything is there, everything is in good working order, everything is convenient. Aria Riva is perfectly located. Excellent travel agency next to the hotel - any excursions and entertainment at reasonable prices. Within walking distance of 3-5 minutes there are chain stores, a little further there is a market on Tuesdays, cafes and restaurants are simply in every neighboring house - everything, as Vera promised when booking. Smiling Tugba, friendly and responsive Misha, our kind and hospitable Vera, all the technical staff and maids, thank you all for our wonderful vacation! Vera's words: ”Come and you will feel at home” - came true 100%. If we decide to repeat, then only in Aria Riva Hotel Alanya!

The hotel is lovely in itself but a massive shame about the staff… they are all rude and don’t even acknowledge you, they take food and drinks before you are done and please dont ever expect to get bottled water! (You can only get this from the restaurant bar which has a wicked queue). We literally had to beg to get a bottle of water from the bar for my babies bottle so we could feed him, the only water available is from a water machine at the side of the bar that tasted metallic and they only give you cups the size of a shot glass :) Not to mention you get there and they place you in a random room only to say you either need to pay an extra £380 to stay in that room or move the next day in the afternoon so you can’t relax. They also don’t really clean the rooms when you are in them.. I think they came in and moved the quilts in our room and that’s it, there was still formula we had dropped on the side from the morning. You are also not allowed to use the towels for the pool so please don’t attempt it they will go mad! BRING YOUR OWN. It wasn’t all bad the food was lovely and always had a really nice variety also there is a beach right outside (but it’s €9 a sunbed) you can just sit on the beach with a towel though. There are plenty of shops and restaurants immediately around the hotel so it terms of location it’s spot on.

This is the WORST hotel that I have ever met! First of all, this hotel is NOT 4 Star and NOT all inclusive, a total waste of money. The rooms are small dirty and uncomfortable. Some of the staff is unfriendly, rude and not helpful at all! But the worst part was the kitchen, it’s a NIGHTMARE! The whole dining area is simply disgusting. Dirty everywhere, the food was horrible, doesn’t matter that breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack, everything was awful. 5 person out of 5 of us from the friendsgroup got sick from the food and unhygienic conditions everywhere, and one of them even went to hospital with food poisoning. Altough they sell it as all-inclusive, you have to pay for everything. Wi-fi, sunbed, even the orange juice for breakfast you have to pay for. All in all, it was a horrible experience to spend a week here, not worth a penny, and I would not recommend it for evenyone!
