The Lumos Deluxe Resort Hotel & Spa

Although we got off to a bad start with a delay in retrieving our cases at Antalya airport with a 2.5 hour wait! Then the 3 hour transfer to our hotel, which we were not expecting, we arrived feeling very tired and hungry. We were met at the hotel lobby by a kind and friendly concierge who directed us to our room and pointed us in the direction of the late restaurant. We had a lovely room on the 1st floor with a jacuzzi on the terrace. It was all kept clean and tidy. The following morning we met with our rep Erhan. He was very knowledgeable, he listened to us and arranged our trips accordingly . Our daughter had her birthday while away and she wanted to see waterfalls this is what we did visiting the Sapadere waterfalls. What a great trip, fun, exciting combined with water fights with the other jeep in the convoy . Erhan later that evening also arranged for us to have a dinner in Alanya and organised a surprise birthday cake as well. Thank you so much, this really made her birthday special. We also asked Erhan to book us a private transfer back to the airport and this was also arranged. Nothing was too much trouble. The entertainment at the hotel however was not the greatest but that didn’t bother us at all. Great food, great weather, loads of sun beds to choose from at the pool and beach and super wifi in the hotel and at the beach too. A relaxing week had by all. The Gypsy lounge just up the road is fab with the very attentive Ali. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice and friendly customer service,always willing to help. Room is clean, food different and tasty, menu changes every day. Lots of options for kids, kids club, mini disco. Direct excess to the beach. Guest relation girls are very active and try to help with anything. Recommend to everyone:family or couple holidays.

I was really excited about this hotel after reading all the amazing reviews but unfortunately I wouldn't stay again purely because of the food and location. The food gets a 2/10 and that is because we could find something to eat at the snack bar(although the same food all week). However we all went hungry at breakfast and dinner and instead bought noodles from the shop. It is hands down the worst food I have experienced on holiday. Good selection of drinks and the bar is open 24/7. The entertainment played the same 5 songs every single night and some of the acts put on were shocking. The hotel itself is nice and clean, the kids loved the slides and pools. I found the mattress to be really lumpy and didn't get much sleep. Although all inclusive be prepared to have to pay for popcorn and candy floss at night, kids club, the arcade, spa and the cars put out for the kids. Alot of forcing you to buy things which can make you feel really uncomfortable. All the guests that stayed her were so lovely and friendly. Transfer is 3.5 hours and honestly the hotel is nowhere near anything. Even a trip to see the dolphins was 2 hours.

We arrived at the lumos deluxe hotel on May 15th around midnight me my wife and 3 children and were swiftly checked in to our room. Our room was located directly above the hotel reception on level 1 which was ideal with having small children. We had 2 big rooms both with a double bed and one of the rooms had a fold out bed which was about the size of a regular double bed.we had 2 fridges which were topped up every day by the cleaners with cans of coke Fanta sprite and water which was brilliant. We had 2 big bathrooms with showers and a big sink.the balcony was lovely and had a great view of the water slides and mountains in the background. airconditioning was lovely and cool worked perfect.we also had a TV in both bedrooms. The swimming pool and surrounding seating area was lovely and clean and the pool itself was cool but refreshing on a hot day still plenty of adults and kids taking a dip! There is a baby pool which Is shallow water and a bigger pool which is around 1.4m I would advise parents to have armband or floating suits on kids if the can't swim as it is a little deep! The life guard was great had a laugh with the kids and was really pleasant. The pool bar was great the staff were pleasant and the drinks were nice and fresh 👌 The breakfast was served from 7-10am lots of choice with breads and pastries cereals and fruits and even salads no English breakfast but always something to eat if your hungry. Lunch and dinner had a huge selection of foods alot of choice and always pizza and chips for fussy people the cakes were really nice! Also they have a bbq section outside which would be cooked steak chicken or fish which was really nice. The entertainment was good for kids with a mini disco around 9pm and then entertainment around 9.30ish. HARUN the funclub rep was great with the kids and a lovely guy who would sit and chat with people.there is also an arcade at the game centre with pool tables and video games etc aswell as electric cars outside for the kids for 5euros. There is a full size grassed football pitch which the kids enjoyed and also tennis courts and a basket ball court. The slide area was good and lots of fun me and my 6 year old daughter had great fun! The bars are open till late and some are open 24 hours I think. There are shops around the side of the hotel which sell clothes and shoes hats bags etc and a shop that sells armbands souvenirs etc. All In all we had a great time at the lumos and would recommend to anyone and would definitely go back only downside is the 2hour plus transfer from antalya Airport but we had a great holiday .

What a fantastic hotel! It is simply stunning. It is huge,spotlessly clean and everything from the staff to the food,to the pool area was amazing. Our room was up on floor 4 with a lovely balcony and sea view. Plenty storage space,comfy beds,big shower. We were all inclusive,which is the only way to go for us. Breakfast,lunch,snacks,dinner and midnight snacks all available. They also have ice lollies at the beach bar,which are free. The pool area is lovely with a good choice of sunbeds and parasols,and a little bar for drinks. The only quibble was the toddler pool at this area..if that was gone,then this area would be perfect. There is also an adjoining water park/pool area which is more for families with noisy children,which is accessible via a walkway at the side of the "adult"pool area. It is across the street from the main hotel,and it plays extremely loud music...definitely not for us!...there is also a beach which is also across the main road from the hotel,which was very nice,if you want a change from the pool area. Supplies can be found literally round the corner from the hotel at Migros supermarket. There are also souvenir shops along the main road if you fancy a stroll after dinner. We did an Alanya City Trip booked through the rep,which I can highly recommend! Cable car ride,lunch,a boat trip and shopping time...well worth the money. We had a wonderful holiday,so much so,we have booked again for next year!....now if only they get rid of the toddler pool at the main pool area.....! Here's hoping!

All the staff were very friendly, polite, and kind. They were not intrusive, which is a big plus. Particularly memorable were two people from the entertainment team and one person from the lobby bar, who always asked how we were doing and if everything was okay, and even spoke a little Estonian and taught us some Turkish. They always invited us to join in active activities like volleyball, water polo, aqua gym, and so on. The hotel looked very beautiful and clean, including the other hotel areas. The food selection was large and varied. Security was top-notch. There was always someone available at any time to assist. This hotel is ideal for families to relax. It's also great for young people who prefer a more peaceful vacation. There could be a bit more evening entertainment, like a disco or live music and performers. It felt very good, homely, and safe to visit you.

Hotel is lovely, kids really enjoyed the water slides. Food at the beach at is very nice, chicken nuggets, pizza and chicken donor wraps are the best. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful and the restaurant staff are also lovely, they work hard. Would defo recommend this hotel and we will defiantly be back next year!

Beautiful hotel surrounded by amazing nature the staff for the children are amazing and super friendly there are lots of activities and lots of family fun shows to go too, the drinks are great and the bar staff are amazing , the water parks great and the slides are fun lots for the kids to do here.

Great food, great place. Would recommend it to my friends and family. The weather is lovely. The lumps beach is fantastic. The kiddies slides are great too. The staff is friendly. Our agent is nice, showed us around. Wish tourists could be told more information about the hot air balloon being in another city. I recommend this hotel.
