For our team's business event of 20 people, Manager Hu Jinjin provided professional, enthusiastic, and meticulous service, helping us a great deal. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the business set lunch on the 3rd floor was very nice, with exquisite dishes and delicious flavors. Everyone was satisfied, and the trip concluded successfully.

The room is spacious with a clear and user-friendly layout. The breakfast offers a rich variety of options, showcasing local specialties. There's a shopping mall right next to the hotel, perfect for all your shopping and dining needs.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Xiao Lei. Their demeanor was consistently gentle and polite, and they responded promptly to all my requests. They handled everything with great care and attention to detail, making communication a truly comfortable experience. I felt completely at home.

Always a great stay! Manlan is definitely the best hotel near Innovation Harbor. A few details really stood out: Besides the usual toiletries, the room also offered a variety of Chinese-made products to try out. Plus, each room had disposable towels, a body fat scale, an umbrella, and even a wooden aroma diffuser, which were all lovely touches. My only minor complaint is that the late-night noodle service ends too early, and it's hard to find late-night snacks or takeout nearby, which is inconvenient when you get hungry at night.

The room was clean and tidy with new facilities. Basic skincare products like Vitamin E cream and toner were provided, along with a welcome fruit platter. The staff had a great service attitude, and the breakfast selection was rich and varied. It's also close to Xi'an Jiaotong University.
