Hotel is near the airport and provide free shuttle service to and from airport. You can have the dinner or supper at the hotel with 20 RMB per person.

Good room. Good bed. Everything looks new. Hotel supper was RMB20 per pax. but we were too full. Shower only, no bathtub. Very near airport. Had a good rest ! Receptionist Team was very good, very helpful. Next building was still under construction, but it was quiet at night.

We booked this hotel as it was near Xi’an airport and we had an early morning flight the next day.
As you can see from the pictures, it’s a very new and modern hotel. Good facilities in the room (complimentary refreshments in the mini bar) and out of room as well, such as laundry facilities and gym.
The bed was firm and comfortable, the room was clean and tidy.
The staff were helpful and the airport transfer from the hotel was free.
We had a great stay!

The hotel is newly opened, the room is super clean spacious and well designed furnished. Breakfast is great. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The only problem i had is airport pickup, they don't wait you at the airport exit. They do have 24 hours pickup but you need to call the hotel upon arrival. I couldn't make the call because I'm on data roaming. The hotel could have done better to let the new customer know how the airport pickup works.

Stayed here for one night and was very impressed for the price and the services that provided. Front desk staff are friendly and professional. The room size is just as the website indicated. The bed is hard but very comfortable. Pillows are soft and fluffy. Bath towels are liked new. The laundry room equipped with 4 sets of LG washers and dryers. Laundry detergent and fabrics softeners are also provided. Breakfast was exceptional; many choices to choose from. Location is remoted. This hotel is great for airport transfer. They offered airport pickup or drop off.

This is a modern, clean and smart hotel. All facilities are new and there is some sort of smart element integrated in it. Found a book written by the owner of this hotel, 季琦 inside my room. I was so attracted by this book and continued to read it until 2am. Only realised the owner of Mercure Hotel is actually the boss of 如家 and 锦江之星 which I had stayed before when I worked in different city of China. His story of starting a few successful businesses in hospitality industry is truly amazing.
Not to forget to mention about the staffs in Mercure Hotel, the customer service girl really treats her guests like a boss, very helpful in helping me resolve my WiFi setting issue.
The only inconvenience I found the hotel is quite far from XuanYang city centre, where I can find a lot of nice food there. But it is really convenient for travellers as it is near the airport and the hotel provides free pick up service from and to the airport.

Excellent staff. Very thoughtful and helpful even though English was a challenge. They prepared breakfast to go for us so we could catch the 5am flight to Xinjiang. The location is 10 minutes from terminal 2
