"I only stayed at Rezen Select Hotel for one night before flying to Beijing, but it exceeded all of my expectations. My room was spotless, stylish, and felt like a relaxing spa retreat. A huge thank you to the wonderful young woman at the front desk who assisted me with my takeout order when I couldn’t do it myself due to the language barrier and phone issues. That level of hospitality is rare. I wish I got her name because she was genuinely kind and had a crisp, beautiful accent when speaking English. Hopefully she sees this and knows how much I appreciated her help. (The noodles were delicious!!!) The free airport transfer the next day was effortless. I highly recommend this hotel for both transiting travelers and even those staying in Xi’an for longer periods."
