We had a wonderful stay. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with complimentary snacks and reliable internet access. Both the front desk and room service were efficient and responsive. I also greatly enjoyed the breakfast, which was well prepared and offered a wide range of options, including both Western and local dishes—clearly reflecting the dedication of the hotel staff. The hotel is located in the center of Xianyang, though the airport is approximately 30 minutes away by car. In the evening, we took a pleasant walk to a nearby street market, where Huitong Noodle was especially popular.

The room's decor was simple yet stylish, with very comfortable colors. The hotel's facilities were all quite new, and the outdoor scenery was exceptional, making it several levels above other Holiday Inn hotels. The service was also excellent; staff confirmed my arrival time in advance. Overall, a fantastic experience, exceeding expectations, I'll definitely stay here again.

The bathroom is very fresh, the shower is comfortable, and the toilet even has a heated seat. **Environment:** The surrounding area is relatively quiet, and the hotel itself feels like a secluded paradise. Although the overall scale isn't large, it's very refined and thoughtfully designed. **Service:** The front desk staff are highly professional, providing efficient and welcoming service. They proactively assist with luggage. The shuttle service to and from the station/airport is also excellent. I returned my car at the airport on Saturday evening and had an early morning flight on Sunday at 8 AM. Both pick-up and drop-off were very convenient. Pick-ups from various terminals are on-demand with a dedicated car, and drop-offs depart hourly. **Dining:** I was initially worried there wouldn't be much to eat in the evening, but the restaurant offers freshly cooked-to-order dishes that, while home-style, are incredibly delicious. The prices are also very reasonable; four dishes for just over 100 RMB fed a family of four until we were full and happy. There's also a selection of drinks and beers available. I'm so glad I chose such a reliable hotel for the last day of my trip; it made the transition perfectly seamless. I will definitely visit again the next time I'm in Xi'an!

Because I had a midnight flight, I chose a hotel near the airport. This one looked quite new, and the room was pretty clean. The hotel also offered an airport pick-up service, and the decor was decent. The bedding was comfortable, and the duvet was quite thick, but there was no luggage rack. It was inconvenient to get things from my suitcase when it was on the floor, and the space felt a bit cramped.

I only stayed at Rezen Select Hotel for one night before flying to Beijing, but it exceeded all of my expectations. My room was spotless, stylish, and felt like a relaxing spa retreat. A huge thank you to the wonderful young woman at the front desk who assisted me with my takeout order when I couldn’t do it myself due to the language barrier and phone issues. That level of hospitality is rare. I wish I got her name because she was genuinely kind and had a crisp, beautiful accent when speaking English. Hopefully she sees this and knows how much I appreciated her help. (The noodles were delicious!!!) The free airport transfer the next day was effortless. I highly recommend this hotel for both transiting travelers and even those staying in Xi’an for longer periods.

I stay at this hotel every time I come back. I have stayed here about five or six times and have become attached to it. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and the room price is relatively reasonable. The only thing that disappointed me this time was the breakfast. It was much worse than five years ago. The variety was at least half as much. I walked around for a while but there were few things I could eat. The saddest thing was the roujiamo. It's wrapped in lotus leaf pancake 😩, you are a province that specializes in roujiamo, why are you so foolish? I hope that after the epidemic, business will improve and breakfast can return to its original state.

I came here for the Phoenix Legend concert and decided to stay at the nearby Starway Hotel, which is about ten kilometers away! I forgot to take photos of the room, but I have to say that the hotel environment is really nice, clean and comfortable, and there are welcome fruits! Breakfast is also good! If you are doing business nearby or are convenient for traveling by air or high-speed rail, I recommend this hotel!

Super nice rooms with an awesome atmosphere - probably the nicest in Yuanjiacun. The hotel manager was very nice and accommodating. She even helped us hold our suitcases on the day we left so that we could have some more food and fun without bringing everything around. The room was clean and showers had consistent hot water. Air conditioning worked well and the tatami was comfortable. My only complaint was the smell of old smoke in the room but all hotels in Yuanjiacun are smoking so I guess that can’t be helped. Overall great stay and would choose this place again.

The room was pretty satisfactory, and I go there several times a year because my kids love the hotel's hot springs. However, my experience this May Day holiday was much worse than before. We checked in around 8 PM, and the front desk clerk was quite rude. Then, when I took the kids to the hot springs, many of the pools were broken, and the equipment was very old. The broken ones hadn't been repaired in time, leaving only two or three pools usable. The water in those was disgustingly dirty, with a layer of grime floating on top. Strictly speaking, hot spring water needs to meet certain quality standards to be open to the public. With water quality like that, how dare they open it? Aren't they afraid of spreading skin diseases and other unseen illnesses to guests? This is simply irresponsible towards tourists.

The hotel is grand and beautiful. My room was spacious, elegant, and offered an amazing view of the park. Many of the staff spoke English, which was very helpful. Although dinner seemed catered more towards groups, I was served well even dining alone, and the food was delicious. Breakfast was equally good. I also really appreciated the modern toilet. It was a welcome rest! On the flip side, for a hotel I would consider in the luxury category, it was surprising that no laundry service was offered. I think a hotel of this level should provide it, even if for a fee. In addition, my door had a noticeable gap between the door and the frame, large enough to see into the room, which compromised privacy.
