The location of the hotel is very good, just on the 5th floor of the Sunshine Life Shopping Plaza 100 meters east of the train station square. After getting off the train, dragging the luggage a few steps away. It is very convenient to take the train and the service makes me feel very intimate. The staff at the front desk were warm and thoughtful, the check-in was very fast, and I patiently introduced me to the surrounding situation. The room was cleaned, the bed was clean and soft, it was very safe to live, the price was super high, it was recommended to stay

Super nice rooms with an awesome atmosphere - probably the nicest in Yuanjiacun. The hotel manager was very nice and accommodating. She even helped us hold our suitcases on the day we left so that we could have some more food and fun without bringing everything around. The room was clean and showers had consistent hot water. Air conditioning worked well and the tatami was comfortable. My only complaint was the smell of old smoke in the room but all hotels in Yuanjiacun are smoking so I guess that can’t be helped. Overall great stay and would choose this place again.

The service here was a pleasant surprise! The front desk staff was so warm and patient. One lady even proactively helped me plan my commute and reminded me about the laundry room hours. When my clothes came back, they were perfectly folded. 24-hour hot water and high-speed WiFi are standard here, and for just over 100 RMB per person, you get such great amenities – the value for money is absolutely unbeatable. Whether for business or leisure, this place is a must-stay. I've already decided to make Hiyoun my go-to accommodation for my next visit!

This place was the perfect overnight only 10 minutes drive from the airport. The owner offers free airport pickup even after 1am since my flight arrived late. The next day he dropped me off at the nearest subway station so I could travel into the city. The room is spacious with air conditioning, Western toilet in private bathroom, and toiletries. It was quiet and comfortable. Thank you!

My experience staying at this hotel is great. The hotel owner came to the airport and picked us up. After we reached the hotel, I realized I misplaced my bag at the airport, and the owner offered to drive me back to the airport. So me, my sister and the hotel owner went back to the airport. When we reached there, he helped me by asking the locals about seeing a bag and I found out from him someone returned the bag to the lost and found. I went into the airport to retrieve it while he waited in the car for me for around an hour. I ended up being able to retrieve my bag and I can’t be more thankful to him. The owner can speak English too. The next day, he arranged for someone to drive us to the airport at 4.30 am in the morning. We had less than 5 hours of sleep but we slept well because the bedding was really comfy. I highly recommend staying here

I came back from Gansu tourism and didn't want to be too tired. I just took a break in Yuanjia Village and strolled around. The inn is at the entrance of Yanxia Street, very convenient, very close to the snack street, and the proprietress is very enthusiastic. It’s just that we didn’t know that there was no performance on Monday in advance, a little regret.

I booked it because i arrived rather late. The overnight was as expected. However, the lady who had collected the bedsheets was very nice and helpful.

I landed on the red-eye flight at two o'clock in the morning. After contacting the hotel, the driver quickly waited at the passenger terminal. He also took the initiative to help carry large luggage and treat people very gently. The next morning, I made an appointment to drop off the plane, and the vehicle waited downstairs on time. The whole journey did not detour, and the travel efficiency was full. The room hygiene is impeccable, the floor, bathroom, bedding are spotless, there is no smell, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, the sound insulation effect is very good, the noise of the plane taking off and landing is completely not heard, and the night of sleep is particularly practical. Toiletries are complete, hot water is stable, air conditioning, TV and other facilities are brand new and easy to use. The front desk staff was patient and meticulous, the check-in and check-out speed was very fast, and any questions were answered in a timely manner. The overall price is super high, the first choice for connecting flights and catching early flights, and will be repurchased next time you go back and forth to the airport.
