Facilities: The hotel is quite close to the airport, making airport transfers very convenient. There's also a free 24-hour laundry room on the first floor where you can wash and dry your clothes. Hygiene: The hygiene is excellent. All corners and edges of the room are clean, even the hard-to-reach spots are meticulously cleaned. Environment: Being close to the airport, there are many snack streets and even a night market. The greenery is also a nice touch. Service: The staff are exceptionally good. They helped resolve any issues we had and were very polite. Highly recommend! Airport Shuttle (Shared): The pick-up was quick, and there's a shuttle every hour for drop-offs, which is very convenient. I'll definitely book this hotel for future business trips.

It was quite quiet. The snack bar next to the hotel tasted good and was very affordable. We had dinner here. We were scheduled to be sent to the airport at 5am. The front desk called the landline to wake me up at 4:30am. I just locked the door and came out. The front desk called the mobile phone again. Thank you very much. Then the breakfast was a buffet. I felt that I was not in a hurry because the front desk started at 5am. The restaurant staff was very polite. She reminded me that the dishes would be served at 4:50. Although not all the dishes were served, I could eat some first. I was anxious to stand and eat. She asked me to sit down and helped me watch the driver come in. The driver who sent me to the airport was also very polite. The whole process made people feel very warm.

I came here for the Phoenix Legend concert and decided to stay at the nearby Starway Hotel, which is about ten kilometers away! I forgot to take photos of the room, but I have to say that the hotel environment is really nice, clean and comfortable, and there are welcome fruits! Breakfast is also good! If you are doing business nearby or are convenient for traveling by air or high-speed rail, I recommend this hotel!

Landed at 1:30 AM, and the airport pickup was super fast. The staff helped with luggage, which was great. The hotel has vending machines, and instant noodles were only 4.7 yuan, which is a steal! They even included a pour-over coffee with breakfast. Definitely great value for money. Perfect for early morning flights or late arrivals. The soundproofing isn't amazing, but the overall environment is good. Considering it was Chinese New Year, I really appreciate the staff working, making this a very decent hotel.

I was sent an invoice three times and asked for it four times. When I left the store on the 17th, I was told that an electronic version would be sent to me on the same day. I asked the front desk on the 18th that it was still open. I asked again on the 21st but there was no response. I called again and asked for a general ticket. Is this a complicated matter?

With a prime location, the apartment is right next to the Shanglin Road Station of Metro Lines 1 and 16, as well as a large shopping mall and various restaurants. It also boasts a spacious and clean underground parking garage. This newly opened serviced apartment is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine (with dryer), microwave, and induction cooker. The decor is fresh and bright, and the breakfast is plentiful (during my extended stay, there was a surge in guests during the May Day holiday, but the restaurant maintained its standards and promptly replenished the food). It's a comfortable haven for travelers.

This is a great hotel, close to the airport, and offers free shuttle service. I had an early morning flight, and the owner was very thoughtful, helping me book the airport drop-off time the night before. They got me to the airport on time in the morning. The hotel is clean, and the room is very cozy. It's only a few minutes' drive from the airport. Anyone planning a layover in Xi'an can book this with confidence.

After getting off the plane, I called customer service, and they gave me good directions; it was actually quite easy to find. Just make sure not to ask airport staff for directions, as they might send you the wrong way 😵💫 (because T5 has three concourses). The front desk can store luggage, there's an airport restroom diagonally across, and if you walk a bit further, there's an M Stand coffee shop, a fried chicken place, and a convenience store. We just made it to the convenience store at 10:29 PM to grab some food to eat 🤣. It's small but has everything you need. The only downside is that the doors close quite loudly, so asking the staff for earplugs would help. The shared airport air conditioning is outside the pod, and there's a ventilation fan inside. After closing the door and lying down, it cooled down quickly. There's a pillow and blanket that looked very clean and had no strange odors. Being able to lie down for a few hours during a layover without leaving the airport was really satisfying.

The facilities at Aviation Grand Hotel were much better than I expected. I've stayed at several airport hotels before, and honestly, most of them were old and run-down. But Aviation Grand Hotel seems quite new, with a great environment. It's very close to T1, and from the higher floors, you can see planes taking off and landing ✈️. Breakfast was also good. Guests can choose their own pick-up and drop-off times and locations for the airport shuttle. The service is definitely commendable. My husband and I were having dinner at the hotel, and one dish we ordered tasted a bit too salty. The waiter immediately took it back, added some more ingredients, and re-made it for us. The service was incredibly warm and attentive. If I ever go to Xi'an again, I'll definitely stay here.
