Xianyang Hotels with Parking

We have extended our holiday vacation, returning to Xianyang and stay in this hotel again. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to your outstanding front desk team—Jia Jia (佳佳), Xiao Wan (小琬), and Meng Meng (梦梦) —for their exceptional customer service during our stay. From the moment we arrived, their warm welcome, professionalism, and attentiveness truly stood out. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, handling every request with efficiency and a genuine smile. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist at every step made us feel not just like a guest, but genuinely cared for. It’s clear that Jia Jia, Xiao Wan, and Meng Meng take great pride in their work, and their dedication reflects the high standards of this property. The environment here is really great, and it's quite close to the airport. They offer shuttle services to and from Xianyang North Station and the airport terminals. The hotel itself is brand new. When I arrived on the evening of June 20th, the front desk staff were quick to help with my luggage, which made me feel very well taken care of. I always stay at this hotel whenever I have a layover at the airport. I highly recommend it!

24-hour free airport shuttle service (T2/T3/T5 terminals): It's really convenient to have a shuttle to the terminal in the morning. The hotel facilities are new, and the front desk staff are very helpful. They can even issue special invoices, which is very convenient. The location is great, close to the airport, and there's a dedicated shuttle service.

It was quite quiet. The snack bar next to the hotel tasted good and was very affordable. We had dinner here. We were scheduled to be sent to the airport at 5am. The front desk called the landline to wake me up at 4:30am. I just locked the door and came out. The front desk called the mobile phone again. Thank you very much. Then the breakfast was a buffet. I felt that I was not in a hurry because the front desk started at 5am. The restaurant staff was very polite. She reminded me that the dishes would be served at 4:50. Although not all the dishes were served, I could eat some first. I was anxious to stand and eat. She asked me to sit down and helped me watch the driver come in. The driver who sent me to the airport was also very polite. The whole process made people feel very warm.

I came here for the Phoenix Legend concert and decided to stay at the nearby Starway Hotel, which is about ten kilometers away! I forgot to take photos of the room, but I have to say that the hotel environment is really nice, clean and comfortable, and there are welcome fruits! Breakfast is also good! If you are doing business nearby or are convenient for traveling by air or high-speed rail, I recommend this hotel!

With a prime location, the apartment is right next to the Shanglin Road Station of Metro Lines 1 and 16, as well as a large shopping mall and various restaurants. It also boasts a spacious and clean underground parking garage. This newly opened serviced apartment is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine (with dryer), microwave, and induction cooker. The decor is fresh and bright, and the breakfast is plentiful (during my extended stay, there was a surge in guests during the May Day holiday, but the restaurant maintained its standards and promptly replenished the food). It's a comfortable haven for travelers.

I was sent an invoice three times and asked for it four times. When I left the store on the 17th, I was told that an electronic version would be sent to me on the same day. I asked the front desk on the 18th that it was still open. I asked again on the 21st but there was no response. I called again and asked for a general ticket. Is this a complicated matter?

The room was great, very neat and clean. The owner was incredibly nice; I asked for a room with a window in my notes, and they directly upgraded my room type. They also provided a timely wake-up call and airport drop-off, which was very reassuring 😌. They offer a 24-hour free pick-up or drop-off service from the subway station, which is excellent service!

After getting off the plane, I called customer service, and they gave me good directions; it was actually quite easy to find. Just make sure not to ask airport staff for directions, as they might send you the wrong way 😵💫 (because T5 has three concourses). The front desk can store luggage, there's an airport restroom diagonally across, and if you walk a bit further, there's an M Stand coffee shop, a fried chicken place, and a convenience store. We just made it to the convenience store at 10:29 PM to grab some food to eat 🤣. It's small but has everything you need. The only downside is that the doors close quite loudly, so asking the staff for earplugs would help. The shared airport air conditioning is outside the pod, and there's a ventilation fan inside. After closing the door and lying down, it cooled down quickly. There's a pillow and blanket that looked very clean and had no strange odors. Being able to lie down for a few hours during a layover without leaving the airport was really satisfying.

As international travellers - we were not ready to make a call to the hotel. Despite offering pick up service we decided to catch a taxi. The driver took us to the wrong hotel- kilometres away! Thankfully the receptionist called the Aviation Hotel and within minutes they had collected us and we were safe and sound. A little older hotel, but worth the money- we had a room with a sitting room separate so it was nice to spread out a little. A great late night stop alternative rather than making the long journey into the city. Thank you for looking after two Aussies stranded in the middle of the night!
