GGuest UserFacilities: The hotel is quite close to the airport, making airport transfers very convenient. There's also a free 24-hour laundry room on the first floor where you can wash and dry your clothes.
Hygiene: The hygiene is excellent. All corners and edges of the room are clean, even the hard-to-reach spots are meticulously cleaned.
Environment: Being close to the airport, there are many snack streets and even a night market. The greenery is also a nice touch.
Service: The staff are exceptionally good. They helped resolve any issues we had and were very polite. Highly recommend!
Airport Shuttle (Shared): The pick-up was quick, and there's a shuttle every hour for drop-offs, which is very convenient. I'll definitely book this hotel for future business trips.

GGuest UserI've stayed at this Hanting Hotel three times already. It's super close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service. The front desk even gives you a wake-up call before the shuttle departs, and there are frequent shuttle times. The front desk staff are warm and friendly, and the rooms are exceptionally clean and tidy.

GGuest UserIt was quite quiet. The snack bar next to the hotel tasted good and was very affordable. We had dinner here. We were scheduled to be sent to the airport at 5am. The front desk called the landline to wake me up at 4:30am. I just locked the door and came out. The front desk called the mobile phone again. Thank you very much. Then the breakfast was a buffet. I felt that I was not in a hurry because the front desk started at 5am. The restaurant staff was very polite. She reminded me that the dishes would be served at 4:50. Although not all the dishes were served, I could eat some first. I was anxious to stand and eat. She asked me to sit down and helped me watch the driver come in. The driver who sent me to the airport was also very polite. The whole process made people feel very warm.

GGuest UserLanded at 1:30 AM, and the airport pickup was super fast. The staff helped with luggage, which was great. The hotel has vending machines, and instant noodles were only 4.7 yuan, which is a steal! They even included a pour-over coffee with breakfast. Definitely great value for money. Perfect for early morning flights or late arrivals. The soundproofing isn't amazing, but the overall environment is good. Considering it was Chinese New Year, I really appreciate the staff working, making this a very decent hotel.

GGuest UserThis is a very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable. The free airport pick-up and drop-off services and business car pick-up are very practical for us who have an early flight. The staff are warm and welcoming. The hotel also provides a robot to deliver small fruits at night, and the scenery outside the window is also great. There is a food street on the first floor with Xi'an specialties and snacks. It is very lively and prosperous. I recommend it to everyone!

DDuluxianshengI was sent an invoice three times and asked for it four times. When I left the store on the 17th, I was told that an electronic version would be sent to me on the same day. I asked the front desk on the 18th that it was still open. I asked again on the 21st but there was no response. I called again and asked for a general ticket. Is this a complicated matter?

YYiLIng001With a prime location, the apartment is right next to the Shanglin Road Station of Metro Lines 1 and 16, as well as a large shopping mall and various restaurants. It also boasts a spacious and clean underground parking garage. This newly opened serviced apartment is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine (with dryer), microwave, and induction cooker. The decor is fresh and bright, and the breakfast is plentiful (during my extended stay, there was a surge in guests during the May Day holiday, but the restaurant maintained its standards and promptly replenished the food). It's a comfortable haven for travelers.

GGuest UserAs I was in transit overnight, I tried out this capsule accommodation in Terminal 3. I landed in Terminal 2, but these terminals are connected, so it was easily reachable on foot. The capsule place is easily spotted on the arrival level in T3.
The experience was very good, it's more private than I thought. My capsule was impeccable, the matress quite nice and firm, blanket and pillow quite comfy.
There's a little bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower exclusively for the guests, the toilet is however the public one down the hallway. As it was night, it wasn't busy at all, though.
It had a good sleep, so I guess it was very quiet that night as I did not wake up from noise.
I was able to get some food after 11p.m. at an open restaurant in the same arrival level, so that's a bonus in terms of convenience.
I would book this place again when in transit.

GGuest UserThe facilities at Aviation Grand Hotel were much better than I expected. I've stayed at several airport hotels before, and honestly, most of them were old and run-down. But Aviation Grand Hotel seems quite new, with a great environment. It's very close to T1, and from the higher floors, you can see planes taking off and landing ✈️. Breakfast was also good. Guests can choose their own pick-up and drop-off times and locations for the airport shuttle.
The service is definitely commendable. My husband and I were having dinner at the hotel, and one dish we ordered tasted a bit too salty. The waiter immediately took it back, added some more ingredients, and re-made it for us. The service was incredibly warm and attentive. If I ever go to Xi'an again, I'll definitely stay here.
