Xianyang Hotels with Breakfast

I stayed in Xi'an for about 10 days and checked into 4 different hotels. Vienna Hotel was by far the most comfortable and the best experience. The pick-up service was a great bonus. The front desk staff and the driver were both incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, and they answered all our questions. Thank you for your warm service, which brought our Xi'an trip to a perfect end.

The rooms were very clean, and the layout was quite practical. The laundry room and restaurant downstairs are shared with the Mercure hotel next door. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The hotel also provides airport shuttle service, which is very convenient; just contact the front desk in advance to register, and you'll have a stress-free journey to the airport. A small suggestion: when assigning rooms, please kindly review the requests guests make when booking on platforms like Ctrip (for example, this time I requested a quiet room, not a corner room). When room availability permits, try your best to accommodate guests' preferences and needs. This would also make the check-in process faster and smoother, saving time for everyone.

Because I had a midnight flight, I chose a hotel near the airport. This one looked quite new, and the room was pretty clean. The hotel also offered an airport pick-up service, and the decor was decent. The bedding was comfortable, and the duvet was quite thick, but there was no luggage rack. It was inconvenient to get things from my suitcase when it was on the floor, and the space felt a bit cramped.

24-hour free airport shuttle service (T2/T3/T5 terminals): It's really convenient to have a shuttle to the terminal in the morning. The hotel facilities are new, and the front desk staff are very helpful. They can even issue special invoices, which is very convenient. The location is great, close to the airport, and there's a dedicated shuttle service.

It was quite quiet. The snack bar next to the hotel tasted good and was very affordable. We had dinner here. We were scheduled to be sent to the airport at 5am. The front desk called the landline to wake me up at 4:30am. I just locked the door and came out. The front desk called the mobile phone again. Thank you very much. Then the breakfast was a buffet. I felt that I was not in a hurry because the front desk started at 5am. The restaurant staff was very polite. She reminded me that the dishes would be served at 4:50. Although not all the dishes were served, I could eat some first. I was anxious to stand and eat. She asked me to sit down and helped me watch the driver come in. The driver who sent me to the airport was also very polite. The whole process made people feel very warm.

I read a lot of positive reviews about the Somerset Fendong, and this was why I came here, it did not disappoint. The hotel and room facilities are excellent, everything I need for a comfortable work trip and to work from my room. The breakfast buffet has delicious food in Chinese and Western options, and the gym is a really useful addition. However, what has really made the trip exceptional is the staff. They have done everything they can to make my stay comfortable. Athena Wang and the others at reception, the housekeeping and the restaurant staff go out of their way to be friendly and caring, as the best possible hosts, since the afternoon I arrived. This atmosphere makes more of a difference than anything towards having a good trip, and it is honestly one of the best hotel experiences I have had anywhere in the world. I would recommend the Somerset Fendong to anyone, thank you to Athena and all the staff!

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable. The free airport pick-up and drop-off services and business car pick-up are very practical for us who have an early flight. The staff are warm and welcoming. The hotel also provides a robot to deliver small fruits at night, and the scenery outside the window is also great. There is a food street on the first floor with Xi'an specialties and snacks. It is very lively and prosperous. I recommend it to everyone!

I've stayed at this Hanting Hotel three times already. It's super close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service. The front desk even gives you a wake-up call before the shuttle departs, and there are frequent shuttle times. The front desk staff are warm and friendly, and the rooms are exceptionally clean and tidy.

The hotel is grand and beautiful. My room was spacious, elegant, and offered an amazing view of the park. Many of the staff spoke English, which was very helpful. Although dinner seemed catered more towards groups, I was served well even dining alone, and the food was delicious. Breakfast was equally good. I also really appreciated the modern toilet. It was a welcome rest! On the flip side, for a hotel I would consider in the luxury category, it was surprising that no laundry service was offered. I think a hotel of this level should provide it, even if for a fee. In addition, my door had a noticeable gap between the door and the frame, large enough to see into the room, which compromised privacy.

As I was in transit overnight, I tried out this capsule accommodation in Terminal 3. I landed in Terminal 2, but these terminals are connected, so it was easily reachable on foot. The capsule place is easily spotted on the arrival level in T3. The experience was very good, it's more private than I thought. My capsule was impeccable, the matress quite nice and firm, blanket and pillow quite comfy. There's a little bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower exclusively for the guests, the toilet is however the public one down the hallway. As it was night, it wasn't busy at all, though. It had a good sleep, so I guess it was very quiet that night as I did not wake up from noise. I was able to get some food after 11p.m. at an open restaurant in the same arrival level, so that's a bonus in terms of convenience. I would book this place again when in transit.
