A small suggestion: when assigning rooms, please kindly review the requests guests make when booking on platforms like Ctrip (for example, this time I requested a quiet room, not a corner room). When room availability permits, try your best to accommodate guests' preferences and needs. This would also make the check-in process faster and smoother, saving time for everyone.

Special shout-out to front desk staff Xiao Zeng and Xiao Qian. Both were incredibly warm, friendly, and professional. Check-in and check-out were very efficient. They proactively and thoroughly explained key information like the complimentary airport shuttle service and breakfast times. They patiently answered all my questions about catching my flight. Their gentle and patient demeanor, along with their meticulous and thoughtful service, greatly alleviated the fatigue of travel. The overall service standard was very high, making my stay extremely comfortable.

Because I had a midnight flight, I chose a hotel near the airport. This one looked quite new, and the room was pretty clean. The hotel also offered an airport pick-up service, and the decor was decent. The bedding was comfortable, and the duvet was quite thick, but there was no luggage rack. It was inconvenient to get things from my suitcase when it was on the floor, and the space felt a bit cramped.

Overall, the stay exceeded expectations. The location is easy to find, convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were quick. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, plenty of hot water and no odors. The facilities were complete, the air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked smoothly, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a undisturbed night's rest. The hotel is 20 minutes' drive from the airport. We were dropped off at the airport. The hotel room was big and nice, and the price was cheap. The only drawback was that the air conditioning was not strong enough and it was not warm all night. Fortunately, it was early spring, otherwise I would have been so cold that my nose would be running.

The room was very clean, and I was really satisfied with my stay. I compared several hotels online and finally chose this one. They also offer breakfast, and if you don't have time to eat it, you can even pack it to go, which is fantastic. The airport transfer service was also great and punctual.

Landed at 1:30 AM, and the airport pickup was super fast. The staff helped with luggage, which was great. The hotel has vending machines, and instant noodles were only 4.7 yuan, which is a steal! They even included a pour-over coffee with breakfast. Definitely great value for money. Perfect for early morning flights or late arrivals. The soundproofing isn't amazing, but the overall environment is good. Considering it was Chinese New Year, I really appreciate the staff working, making this a very decent hotel.

Very satisfied 👍. Except for the inaccurate positioning when copying and pasting the hotel location to take a taxi, I was dropped off at the gate of a garden at around 9pm which was at least 1000 meters away from the hotel. The two of us dragged our luggage and collapsed in a shivering cold night. I have to go all the way and ask questions. The lady at the front desk is nice and friendly🌹. She also upgraded the room to be more comfortable. Cute robot delivers fruit plate. Another great service is free airport drop-off. Thank you for the hard work of the airport drop-off guy. He delivered us to the airport safely early and helped us carry our luggage to and from the car👍👍👍. Thank you for meeting ~ lovely people👍👍👍

Snow clothes and snow shoes can also be worn back to the room (booked all-day tickets) and I can go to play again.
