酒店乾淨衞生，各項設施都比較新，晚上也比較安靜工作人員也比較熱情，住這邊主要是離機場比較近，地鐵兩個站，酒店離地鐵站也近，700米左右，酒店還提供接送機服務，約的早上5點的服務，早上下來退房還準備了早餐，5點15分就到了機場。

能夠在西安以如此的價格享受到優越的設施和服務是很難得的，很高興能在這家桔子酒店體會到如此的性價比。我認為這是咸陽機場附近最值得住的機場酒店，當然如果能忽略從地鐵站前往困難的話
設施：桔子3.0的裝修令人愉悦，很有設計感，同時又結合了智能化。恆温衞浴和衞洗麗都很棒，水壓很大沖浴體驗極佳。房間內提供有關桔子的許多東西，比如軟糖和茶包，我都很喜歡。同時酒店有兩套LG洗烘套裝，完全免費自配洗滌劑，非常驚喜。
衞生：剛開業的酒店，對於某些敏感的人可能有些味道，不過我是沒有聞到也未感覺到不適。
環境：周圍區域還是比較荒的，處於一種待開發的狀態，可能有三四家飯店和一家超市，同時交通不甚便利。
服務：服務人員都是年輕人，很友善也很主動，有需求能及時響應。
24小時接送機服務:提前預約即可，一般來説是一輛商務車來送機，免費的。

真的很久沒有認真的給某家酒店認真寫過點評了，但是這次這家酒店卻帶給來了不少驚喜，因為是在機場附近車接車送，司機大哥還會幫忙拿行李，我們在旁邊都插不進去手，到酒店後前台後前台小哥也第一時間出來幫忙拿東西，其他工作人員遞過來一杯剛好適口的茶水，整個服務流程真的沒的説！
酒店剛開業但是房間裏也沒啥味道，這非常的棒[強]！也沒有什麼噪音，8點多的時候前台還主動詢問需不需要叫早等！早餐真的很好吃，準備兩種麪食落地立馬就能嚐到陝西特色麪食真的很不錯！價格也特別合適！西安落地第一站真的體驗感滿分！

有點味道不過開窗放一下就好了，整體來説還是很好的，環境、設施和服務都很不錯，入住當天送了果盤，早上趕飛機送了伴手禮。都很熱情，還是不錯的體驗

24小時接送機服務:攜程提示至少提前一小時預約 前一天打電話聯繫酒店説落地的時候再聯繫 説司機5-10分鐘就能到 排隊下機時聯繫酒店 酒店讓接機司機聯繫我 最後我在機場外都等了十分鐘才來 當時車上也有別人 送完他再送我

服務：非常貼心，師傅都送我到機場了，我發現自己把一個小包包忘在房間，酒店工作人員專門給我送了一趟，真的太貼心了，我包包沒啥，主要是證件在裏面，真的太感謝🙏了。（對了，牙膏都是橘子味的，真的很有特色了）
