Very comfortable stay, convenient and close to the highway

You screwed up on the reservation. I had a confirmation from you of my request for king executive suite, and when I checked in the front desk said you had sent a reservation for 2 queens. Not good. They were sold out and I had to take the 2 queens. The hotel gets great reviews, but the booking agent does not. Will never use a third party booking service again.

Complete facilities, environmental sanitation, very good service attitude

The location is not bad, close to the high speed, there are several American restaurants around, breakfast is too simple, the time is short, it ends at nine o'clock, not suitable for children who like to sleep late

The surrounding environment is good, it is a bit biased

The manager on duty today was absolutely heartless and rude. She isn't trying to work with me an won't even give me a key. To get back into my room if I had to leave to get the money.
