A beautiful hotel, bright, airy and pleasant. Clean with nice appointments and plenty of space. The location is perfect for accessing highlights in Haarlem, including lots of great restaurants, the river front and Grote Markt. The online check-in process was flawless, electronic keys arrived on time and entrance to the building and room was without any complication. We would gladly stay here again.

This is a small hotel, where you never actually see any staff. You get a link to an app, that will open both the main door and the door to your room. Our first impression was an extremely steep staircase. Fortunately we were on the first floor, and did not have to manage another one. The room itself was a pleasant surprise. Nice, soft bed, lots of pillows. plenty of room for suitcases, a fridge to store whatever you want, and a lovely bathroom. Very central, walking distance to most attractions. Definitely recomennded.
