The airport hotel I booked through Trip.com was convenient and clean. After our cruise disembarked in Rotterdam, Trip.com arranged a private car service for us from Rotterdam, via The Hague, to this airport hotel in Amsterdam. Our driver/guide managed all the arrangements perfectly throughout the journey, making for a smooth arrival at the hotel. It was a highly satisfying trip! We've safely returned home now. Thank you, Trip.com!

Full of amenities and facilities. But the staff is not really friendly. I got fined once because i said i mistakenly lit up candle but they keep telling me im smoking. Keep telling me im lying and asking for 300 euro or get out the property. How rude is that. And because i dont have that ridiculous amount of money i let them to kick me and book another hotel without any compensation. So traumatic

Very good hotel, close to the Airport only 2 stations by the bus number 397. And the hotel is just right down from the bus stop by the stair way. Perfect for the over night stay if you have long hours airport transfer.

12 min walk to Hoofddorp train station from where it’s just 4 min on the Sprinter train to the Schiphol airport. Very convenient location. Easy to find. Nice amenities. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Comfy stay. Highly recommend this place.

I used to stay in other hotel for so many years, until they make me so disappointed on my last stay 2023. And when I found this hotel and check in, hmm I feel so stupid why I was so loyal to previous hotel, I should change sooner. Sorry to say, but really disappointed this time. The water pressure of shower is very weak. I reported it in the morning about 9:30 in 17th. However, the lady of reception not even apologized but just said she will send someone to my room, she also trying to service another customer who want to have breakfast during our conversation. I feel disrespectful.

I had a comfortable overnight stay at NH Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel during my business trip. The hotel's proximity to the airport was extremely convenient. My room was clean, quiet, and well-appointed. Staff were efficient and accommodating. Ideal choice for short business stays needing easy airport access. Highly recommended!

It's incredibly convenient, and the airport shuttle service is really efficient. The surrounding area is lovely too; I saw lots of wild rabbits hopping outside my window in the morning. The room was a bit small, but perfectly adequate for an overnight stop.

The hotel has free shuttle bus pickup from the airport, but charges 6 euro for the shuttle bus back to the airport. The is the first time anywhere in the world I have ever been asked to pay for the return shuttle by an airport hotel. The hotel is old and although the room was not dirty the furniture was all scratches & worn, the carpet is worn, etc. The staff were polite and provided basic service. The main photo on trip.com is of a swimming pool but I did not see the swimming pool at the hotel & it is not shown as a facility at the hotel so not sure if it exists where it is.
