The hotel is nice and comfortable. It lacks maintenance since some areas look old and deteriorated, the room was fine. Staff is friendly

Overall, it was a nice place to stay except for the occasional smokers inside the premises. Also, the room temperature was a little hotter than expected. The staff were nice even though there's a language barrier between.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Q Hotel! It is in an excellent location only 5km from Haikou Meilan Airport. There is plenty of shopping and dining in the local area. The rooms were lovely and clean and comfortable. My room had a large bathroom with excellent water pressure and drainage. I was only in transit so I checked in at 14:00 and checked out at 23:00 so I cannot comment on the breakfast but I bet it would have been amazing! They provided a free shuttle service back to the airport in a private car. Staff were brilliant - friendly, attentive and obliging - special mention to Jack and Li Ping. It's incredibly affordable and excellent value for money. Although far too brief, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property and would not hesitate to recommend it to anybody. Just do it!

The facilities are complete, with basically everything you need, and the internal environment is quiet. The hotel helped me apply for a deluxe room, the service was good, the hotel is very close to the airport, and the price/performance ratio is high.
