I stayed at the Art Hotel again during my second trip to Haikou. The room and facilities were as clean and excellent as ever, and I even got a free upgrade to a room with a fantastic view! The staff were attentive and made me feel warm and comfortable. I also want to thank our housekeeper, Gong Hainan, for her thoughtful room arrangements and the welcome fruit!

The hotel's facilities are excellent, with luxurious design and beautiful floral arrangements. Even the hand sanitizer is by Bulgari and the hair dryer is a Dyson. The hotel truly pays attention to every detail. We encountered a typhoon, but it didn't affect our stay overnight. My personal butler, Kiki, monitored my itinerary from the moment I checked in. The service was incredibly responsive, making me feel incredibly safe. On check-in day, they provided welcome fruit and desserts, and reminded me to be safe.
