I absolutely have to recommend the Hampton by Hilton I stayed at for my business trip – the experience was simply outstanding!
The hotel boasts a fantastic location, incredibly close to Longhu Tianjie (Paradise Walk). Check-in was a breeze; the front desk staff were exceptionally efficient, friendly, and attentive, even offering thoughtful recommendations for local shopping areas. All this for such a great price, too!
I stayed in a Comfortable Room, and stepping inside, I was immediately struck by its warm and inviting atmosphere. The room was spacious, had a practical layout, and was filled with wonderful natural light. The sunlight streaming through the window instantly brightened my mood. The high-quality bedding guaranteed a truly restful night's sleep. The bathroom featured a modern wet and dry separation.
The hotel's Wi-Fi was also very stable and fast. For those driving, there's a huge parking lot around the hotel, so you don't have to worry about finding a spot. You just need to scan a QR code at the front desk for a parking voucher when you enter or exit.
The hotel breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, and everything tasted amazing. The value for money is incredible, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Haikou!

MM363005****Ugh, how do I even put this? It just doesn't compare to the Sofitels I've stayed at on the mainland. I stayed for three nights. On the first night, my friend and I came back late from being out, and when I turned on the shower, it was unbelievable! The connection was leaking, and I mean *severely* leaking. I didn't dare to look closer to figure out why, I was just too tired, so I just quickly washed up in the bathtub and went to sleep. The next morning, I went to the front desk to explain why I needed a room change. I told them I was extremely tired and hadn't slept well because of the shower issue. The front desk told me I'd have to wait 30 minutes for two housekeepers to urgently prepare a room for me. I went back to my room and waited for about 40 minutes, but no one contacted me. So I proactively reached out to a staff member to explain the situation. They told me the room wasn't ready yet and asked me to wait patiently. I mean, really? About 15 minutes later, someone finally came to take me to the new room. So, from when I was told to when I actually got a new room, it was over 50 minutes. Excuse me?! Is my time not valuable? I was just sitting in my room, waiting and waiting… What happened to the 30 minutes they promised for the room to be ready? I genuinely don't understand. I can only conclude that this hotel's employee training lacks any concept of time management.😅 It's not that I can't wait, but you should at least tell me if the room won't be ready in 30 minutes, right? Making me just sit there and wait was quite something.👍 Secondly, in the new room, the hairdryer button was broken. Impressive, really!👍👍👍 When I requested the room change, I emphasized multiple times how much I cared about hygiene, so how could your housekeeping staff consistently miss such obvious problems?😅 Honestly, it feels like I'm just talking to myself here. I believe an international five-star hotel chain shouldn't be making such basic mistakes. I hope your management can strengthen employee training. On a positive note, the cocktails made by bartender Jason at the bar were pretty good, you should definitely try them. Plus, the atmosphere was really nice with a live band performing. Also, can you please find better suppliers for your ingredients? The food was truly terrible and inedible! You can really taste that the ingredients aren't great, and the chef's skills are lacking… Even the plating was bizarre.

The perfectly scented aroma completely dispelled travel fatigue. The room was warmly decorated and clean, and the pillows were especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for someone prone to insomnia. The restaurant on the fourth floor served Southeast Asian-inspired cuisine, and I particularly enjoyed the Hainanese-style salted lemon tea, which was tart and sweet with a hint of salt. My stay at the Mu Nan Hotel has made me want to visit Hainan again. It's a shame I forgot to take photos, but I'll make up for it next time.

After checking in, I encountered a small issue, and Covey helped me resolve it to my complete satisfaction. He is truly a manager who genuinely puts the customer first. I was initially upset, but after speaking with him, my frustration instantly vanished. He genuinely understands and considers things from the customer's perspective. 👍 I hope the hotel management recognizes his efforts and nurtures his talent. I'll definitely look for him on my next visit.

MM7517****I was so lucky to stay in this B&B on this trip! The sea is just outside the B&B, the beach is soft and fine, and the sea water is crystal clear. Every shot is a blockbuster. The room is carefully decorated, warm and exquisite, and the hygiene is spotless, which makes it very comfortable to live in. There is also a free swimming pool downstairs, where you can swim freely at any time. The boss and his family are very enthusiastic and answer all questions. Upon check-in, the front desk thoughtfully upgraded my room. Later, Ms. Zhang Liqin, from housekeeping, warmly brought a large bag full of local Hainanese specialty fruits and snacks, which really warmed my heart. The only downside was the gym's dumbbells had quite a pungent smell. Overall, though, it's excellent value for money.

FFahad TufailWe booked a room to have a short trip to haikou. hotel location is good. House keeping work is very satisfying. There is no Lobby Lounge, the one had was not operational. Very less Breakfast items. Not much options in Breakfast. No good amenities in room. not even slippers for the shower area.

GGuest UserOne of my favorite places in Haikou. A stone’s throw from the beach and about two kilometers from the west coast boulevard, which has restaurants by the beach. It offers a cool swim in the swimming pool and a hot soak in the large hot tubs. The rooms are clean, the bed is soft, and the TV is enormous. Breakfast could be a tad better, but given the price, it’s pretty good. The only thing I missed was a cup of black coffee

GGuest UserBecause we had to take the ferry, we found a place to stay near the ferry. When we booked it, we had the mentality of giving it a try. After we checked in, it was beyond our expectations. The sanitation was very clean, which was cleaner than the B&Bs we stayed in before. It was a loft design. I also liked this kind of small apartment. There was a cloakroom and everything you need. The most important thing is that it is truly pet-friendly! There is no charge. It is much better than some stores that say they are pet-friendly but are unwilling to accept dogs when you call to ask. I will continue to stay here next time I come to Hainan.
