這個酒店是我出差經常住的，但是讓我非常生氣的是，18日晚上又住這個酒店，發現被子還是冬天的-非常厚，能否換薄的被子。19日我又入住，這個白衣服務員告知：我們就是一種被子，我們就是這樣。那和你們老總反應，老總電話沒有。溝通過程中態度極差，説話非常難聽-投訴無所謂，沒有工號。我住過無數酒店，態度是最差的，沒有之一。希望今後有計劃來這家酒店住的朋友不要選這家。
