酒店樓下有較大的免費停車場，是我選擇這裏的主要原因。停車場是與附近的飯店共用，所以停車最好避開飯點。酒店旁邊的酸菜魚飯店還是上過CCTV的。
前台服務非常好，早餐不錯，每天都給4~6瓶水，與其他衹給2瓶水的酒店比好很多。
還有一點就是距離景點近，出門右轉400m不到就是琦園……。

房間衞生還乾淨、環境不錯，服務態度好；就是可能因為是旅遊淡季入住率不高，房間味道有點大，開門開窗放了一段時間，好些了！

衹能説還行，停車場就在酒店樓下，但是停車沒什麼秩序，走大門都不太好走，旁邊也沒什麼店，服務員一直強調12點退房，讓人很無感

整體覺得挺好的，很舒服，沒有槽點，內置也是一個正常的漢庭酒店的正常設定。房間整潔無異味（無異味讓人覺得很好感）。前台服務很好，小姐姐都很温柔近人（現在覺得服務很重要！）

酒店地理位置非常好，離觀海鹽打車衹要五六分鐘。
衞生：乾淨整潔，熱水出的特別快（衞生間小了點）
設施：設備齊全，非常的方便

和朋友們來敕海觀堂訂的酒店，停車方便，具體日出地點很近，開車也很方便，前台小姐姐們態度好，服務到位，推薦住。
房間熱水充足，出熱水速度快，衞生間乾淨。
