"After arriving at the hotel, the front desk gave me a room at the end of the corridor. I said I didn’t want the last room in the aisle. Later, it was changed to the penultimate room, and the last room was a worker's room. If you are not satisfied, I will change it. I feel that the hotel will give better seats to reservations through its own APP or mini-program, and is more discriminatory towards Ctrip orders. In addition, when I arrived at the hotel, I asked about breakfast included, right? The front desk said breakfast was not included. I should open Ctrip myself to confirm that breakfast is included. It's a complete discrimination against Ctrip for placing orders!"

"Our stay at Kaiyuan Senbo Hotel in Nanbeihu, Jiaxing, was an absolutely amazing experience, perfect for families and especially those with infants! The hotel's setting is superb, nestled within the Nanbeihu scenic area. It's surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful lake views, with a tranquil and pleasant garden. The resort is quite large, but a free shuttle service makes getting around effortless, even with a stroller. It's wonderful for leisurely walks and enjoying the fresh air. The family-friendly facilities are excellent. The indoor 'Fantasy Island' and the year-round heated water park are fantastic, and the fully padded design ensures high safety for kids. There are plenty of pet interactions and parent-child activities, giving parents a much-needed break. I particularly want to highlight how well-suited it is for infants. They provide complimentary cribs, playpens, and baby toiletries. The resort has well-equipped nursing rooms, and the restaurants offer baby food (though I don't recommend the 68 RMB portion at Yanlai Xuan; the breakfast buffet has many great options for little ones). Traveling with young children here is completely stress-free. Nanbeihu Lake is right on your doorstep; you can walk to it from the hotel's west gate. The lakeside boardwalk, strolls by the water, and boat tours are all easily accessible. The scenic mountains and water create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, making it ideal for a short getaway. Just outside the west gate, there's also a deer camp, but that's an additional charge. The hotel even offered a complimentary travel photoshoot! There was no upselling, and the photos turned out beautifully – I couldn't resist adding a few more! Finally, I must give a huge shout-out to our dedicated butler, Puff! Her service was outstanding, attentive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. Before arrival, she proactively shared a guide and explained activity routes. During our stay, she was incredibly responsive, arranging baby essentials and ensuring we had a suitable room. Any request was handled immediately, making our entire stay wonderfully happy. Overall, the facilities, environment, and service are all top-notch, offering great value for money. It's our first choice for a family getaway and is already on our list for a second visit. Highly recommended for families!"

"The room was located in the older building called B. It was ok, but there were a few hiccups, such as sockets near beds not compatible with my connector. The AC was making noises with a kinda rotating sound which I found irritating. On the plus side, the breakfast was very good and the location is very convenient to the nearby excursions."

The room arranged for me was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Front desk staffer Xiao Li provided warm and thoughtful service, and check-in was quick. The room facilities, including the bathroom, were complete, and the hot water was stable. Overall, it offers great value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip; I highly recommend it! It's also very convenient and close to go see the sunrise and the water park, and the breakfast was excellent too."

"I choose that hotel because it was on paper “ non smoking” . When I arrived in the lobby the Boss was smoking. The check in process is efficient. The bed is not the typical hotel bed. The fact that it has a round shape is rather innovative. The problem is the mattress doesn’t fit” hotel standard at all”. It is totally hard as if sleeping on the floor itself. And the air conditioning was extremely noisy. I didn’t sleep well as a result. Early in the morning I check out. And will forget about this place. I went to ZhuaZhua caffe and that was a great find! ( finishing the review on a positive note!)"
