They took the initiative to add WeChat before check-in and explained practical matters such as the location of the homestay, parking, and surrounding dining. It will also combine our travel rhythm to plan the itinerary intimately, and the whole process is thoughtful and warm.
The room is antique as a whole, elegant and quiet, and the details can be seen everywhere. The homestay is located in the scenic area, the environment is quiet and quiet, away from the downtown area, you can enjoy the natural scenery of the North and South Lake slowly and immersively, relax and heal.
Full experience, excellent price/performance ratio, this is the first choice for visiting Nanbei Lake, very recommended!

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I felt incredibly caring. The front desk staff was friendly and professional, and check-in was efficient and quick. They even proactively upgraded my room, provided a detailed explanation of the hotel's amenities, and offered delicious fruit. The hotel's comprehensive and intelligent facilities completely exceeded my expectations! The bedding was comfortable and soft, the smart curtains and lighting control system were incredibly convenient, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. Breakfast on the 6th floor was plentiful, and the freshly made wontons and noodles with toppings were truly impressive and delicious. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable! The room was spotless, the bathroom glass and hardware sparkled like new, and the sheets and towels had a subtle fragrance, clearly demonstrating rigorous disinfection. Common areas (such as the lobby, elevators, and restaurant) are maintained at all times by cleaning staff, making it a worry-free stay even for children. The hotel is ideally located in a quiet area convenient for shopping and dining. The management team's attention to detail is evident in every detail, truly making guests feel at home. GGuest UserI stayed in Haiyan for two days on a business trip. Although it was cold outside, the room was warm, large and cozy. I arrived at the hotel very late at night, but the beautiful woman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and told me to have breakfast on the first floor because I was very tired after a long day of driving. , so I took a hot bath and went to sleep. I was a little too familiar with the bed and was afraid of insomnia. Unexpectedly, I woke up at almost 8 o'clock. Oh my God, the bed is so comfortable. In the morning, I found that there was body lotion in the room. This is so considerate. I quickly used it. It is silky and smooth. The fragrance is still good. The breakfast is also very rich. I like to eat the freshly wrapped wontons with seaweed soup. After eating, the security guard who collected the breakfast ticket will also say... I smiled and nodded. The service quality is excellent. I will stay at this hotel again if I have the opportunity to travel on business in the future!

DDahaiHotel location is good, just opposite the ancient town, parking is OK, there is a parking lot next door. It may be the New Year, and there are few service staff. The first night of the bath, the hot water was five or six minutes later. I called the front desk and said that other floors were normal. I would try it later. After half an hour, I had hot water for the bath. But at 11 o'clock in the evening, I went to the hot water for the bath and there was no hot water after five minutes. The next morning, I went to the waiter to respond to the situation. They said they would change the room immediately. I told them that I was going out now and I would change it when I came back because there was still something in the room. When I returned to the hotel for dinner to find the front desk, no one was there. After waiting for fifteen minutes, I could call. The boss came over and explained to him the room change thing the waiter said in the morning. He told me that there was no room and the hot water was repaired. There was no apology and explanation for the specific reason. And the room was poorly soundproofed, and people walking and talking in the corridor next door were clear.
