GGuest UserDuring the summer vacation, the kids went on a short trip without any preparation. They booked two rooms in Caomujian on Ctrip. From the successful booking to check-in, and then to the return to Shanghai, the whole process felt the careful care and thoughtful service of the owner, Mr. Yan. He gave us professional and detailed suggestions on itinerary planning, attraction recommendations, routes and dining arrangements. In addition to the first-class service, the B&B has a beautiful environment, complete room facilities, details in place, warm and cultural layout, and two dogs are very well-behaved and get along well with the guests, which is also a plus. It was a very satisfying B&B experience!

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I felt incredibly caring. The front desk staff was friendly and professional, and check-in was efficient and quick. They even proactively upgraded my room, provided a detailed explanation of the hotel's amenities, and offered delicious fruit. The hotel's comprehensive and intelligent facilities completely exceeded my expectations! The bedding was comfortable and soft, the smart curtains and lighting control system were incredibly convenient, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. Breakfast on the 6th floor was plentiful, and the freshly made wontons and noodles with toppings were truly impressive and delicious. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable! The room was spotless, the bathroom glass and hardware sparkled like new, and the sheets and towels had a subtle fragrance, clearly demonstrating rigorous disinfection. Common areas (such as the lobby, elevators, and restaurant) are maintained at all times by cleaning staff, making it a worry-free stay even for children. The hotel is ideally located in a quiet area convenient for shopping and dining. The management team's attention to detail is evident in every detail, truly making guests feel at home. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip and recommend it to all my friends!

GGuest UserI stayed in Haiyan for two days on a business trip. Although it was cold outside, the room was warm, large and cozy. I arrived at the hotel very late at night, but the beautiful woman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and told me to have breakfast on the first floor because I was very tired after a long day of driving. , so I took a hot bath and went to sleep. I was a little too familiar with the bed and was afraid of insomnia. Unexpectedly, I woke up at almost 8 o'clock. Oh my God, the bed is so comfortable. In the morning, I found that there was body lotion in the room. This is so considerate. I quickly used it. It is silky and smooth. The fragrance is still good. The breakfast is also very rich. I like to eat the freshly wrapped wontons with seaweed soup. After eating, the security guard who collected the breakfast ticket will also say... I smiled and nodded. The service quality is excellent. I will stay at this hotel again if I have the opportunity to travel on business in the future!

In the off-season of the New Year, the front desk lady directly upgraded the south-facing room, the room is very spacious, there is a dining table, very convenient.
