On May 1st, I stayed at the Haiyan Sucheng Smart Hotel. The decoration was simple and modern, but when I entered the room, I found that the mineral water I had drunk on the table was not replaced. There were a few hairs on the quilt on the 2 beds, and I felt ”squeaky”. There is a feeling that the room has not been cleaned. After contacting the front desk, the store manager came to deal with it in person. Not only did he change the brand-new bedding, but he was sincere and gratifying.
