Very beautiful and good, the room is super big, worthy of being an old hotel, but the bathroom is not decorated. If the staff can communicate better, I will be more satisfied

There is nothing amazing about it. The room is just big. Many reviews have basically written about it. Kaiseki is not as good as expected, but it has become a deduction for me. If the full score is 100, I think it will be 80 points for this stay. After all, the price did not meet my expectations!

During my stay, there was a large insect stuck to the wall of the hot spring in the room. Fortunately, the hotel staff quickly helped to deal with it. The hot springs are top notch.

The room is clean and the scenery is pleasant. Although the meals do not include beef, pig, and mutton dishes, you will be full. The public hot spring is great. The price and service did not match. I booked two rooms and got the wrong number of people in the room when I checked in. Not typical Japanese service, the hotel staff seem to be interns. The hotel is located in the mountains, so it is inconvenient without a car. Meal food
